The resort is very specious, clean and the greenery is everywhere so it’s absolutely beautiful to walk around. If you are coming with kids, it is very family friendly. The resort has relax pool, children’s pool, and main pool that is 155cm deep that was a refreshment to see. There are enough sun beds so you don’t have to reserve it early in the morning. Also, there is an aqua park. We weren’t sure if there is one, but there definitely is. There are total of 6 slides. Each night there is some sort of entertainment either a theater or live music/party or both. We would like to also add that the staff is absolutely amazing and nice to their guests. The food is diverse and very tasty!

Steigenberger Alcazar is the latest venue in Nabq around 15 minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and restaurant service were overall very satisfying. The general service level was excellent, and we felt comfortable during our stay. There was a small mistake at the reception, but the hotel management followed up with very proactive customer service, which was truly impressive. Thanks to their professional after-service, my trust in the hotel has actually grown stronger. I would be happy to return on a future visit.
