Galal, whose outstanding professionalism, constant attention to detail, and genuine care for guests’ comfort made a real difference throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and we felt truly looked after from the moment we arrived. Thanks to him, our experience was not only smooth and pleasant, but also memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future, especially for those looking for calm, relaxation and a beautiful beach setting.
