The most perfect place for vacation you could imagine. There are no words to describe how large the resort is and all the amenities they have, from the heating pools to the water slides and so many bars and restaurants. All staff are 10/10, they are so helpful and they are really doing their best to make you feel welcome and provide you all you may need during your stay. I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. We definitely love this property, in following ways: The hotel is quite big, it has beautiful swimming pools and each living block has its own swimming pool. Everything is clean and well managed. You can swim for about 5 to 10 minutes and reach the coral reef simply from the hotel’s private beach. That’s an activity I recommend every guest to have a try. The stuff are great. We received a warm welcome with welcome drinks as we arrived. Then to our surprise, they kindly upgraded our room. The stuff in front desk, room service team, restaurant, among the beach or swimming pool, all of them work to their best to make guests happy. Oh, btw, we tried 2 restaurants and the main buffet restaurant, food is good. This stay is definitely above our expectations. The staff was wonderful. Everyone always with a smile. We came for the beach and snorkeling and were not disappointed. I was unsure about the pontile to go snorkeling but it was great. No mad rush for sunbeds and umbrellas. Just had to pick our favorite spot. We had a small problem with our shower, and maintenance cleared up the problem immediately. Everything super clean. The food service was plentiful. Better quality than many other places we've stayed on the Red Sea. However, Italians are picky so I don't feel that I am able to judge fairly. I am looking forward to a return visit
