From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every need. The service throughout my stay was top-notch, with all requests handled promptly and with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I was also impressed by the quality of the food – the breakfast spread was delicious, and the in-house restaurant offered fantastic options for lunch and dinner. The location is another highlight – perfectly situated for easy access to local attractions, shops, and transport links. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it offers a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again!

First: I want to highlight Christine at the front desk! We had a few problems and she was attentive and willing to help us with everything! In fact, she solved absolutely everything for us!! I've traveled a small part of the world and I've never been so well treated and considerate as by Christine! She was so generous and kind! She made our stay even more beautiful! She is the best ever!! Our stay was a dream come true thanks to her. Also worth mentioning are the waiters at the restaurant and the entertainment staff! Shaaban at the pool! He was the best! And also the beach staff and the cleaning man! Very clean and very polite. This is a hotel I will recommend to my fellow Argentinians! I don't think anyone from Argentina has come to Hurghada yet! I have many important contacts in Argentina and I will share my experience with you so that you can stay at your hotel!!! If I return to Egypt, it will be at your JAZ Soma Beach hotel!!
