Beautiful decor in the hotel, the smell was fresh as you enter the front desk, quiet no disturbance, close to the lake.

Consumer service was great, I had to call the number provided because when I arrived my large truck was too tall to fit in the parking garage. When I called I was greeted with friendly and helpful customer service and was given an alternate spot to park. Parking garage is 6.8 feet and my truck is 7.1 feet. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The location is a few minutes' drive from the skiing area and only 7 minutes from the supermarket and Starbucks, which is very convenient. What impressed me the most was that the owner was very attentive and considerate. The studio was well-equipped, clean and tidy, exceeding our expectations. We stayed for two days and cooked our own hotpot, which we were very satisfied with. And the owner has placed several mattresses for us to choose from, so we can all have our own beds to rest on. This trip was really great, thank you for having such a thoughtful host.
