The location is really great without being too close to Tenderloin. The room was very spacious and well equipped, and the hotel had a lot of amenities. The staff were very friendly - Rachel from the concierge desk was made for her job; she was super helpful and enthusiastic, and left a very positive impression. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a short or long stay in San Francisco!

Great location, comfortable bed, cosy overall and good meals.

The room was perfect. Well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the roof terrace were superb, along with an ideal location, which was walking distance to some of San Francisco’s iconic sights. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. And the cookies 🍪 were yummy.

Breakfast was not included in our price but there was fresh coffee always available in the lobby and it had a complete little kitchenette area which was a huge plus to our stay, with everything you needed.
