The Plymouth is such a lovely spot to stay at. Out of the crazy hustle and bustle but only a short stroll (500 metres) to the beach. We had the adjoining suite room for our family of five and it was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and so, so comfortable. The heated pool kept our three daughters happy (and off devices!) whilst we could sit and read about on the ample sun loungers. Food and drinks offerings were excellent through our stay. We used Room Services and also took advantage of the excellent cafe - ‘Orange Blossom’ which was a 3 minute stroll from the Plymouth front door. The hotel restaurant ‘Blue Ribbon Sushi and Grill’ was also fantastic - always buzzing and with a great vibe and a fab Happy Hour offering. Above all, the staff at the Plymouth are exceptional. They are attentive to all your needs, sometimes even when you don’t ask! From door staff, to reception, to housekeeping - this hotel operates at a high service level. We will be back.

The welcome was exceptional. The desk clerk showed us to the room and she gave us a real life tour....awesome plus she gave my fiance a personal birthday welcome from Setai...the bell hops were courteous and welcoming. The ROOM WAS SPOTLESS and I loved the partial ocean view. Breakfast had a wide variety. Housekeeping, front desk and the floor manager were warm and responsive to any issue. They had a birthday champagne welcome for my fiance in the room and also at breakfast. They suggested Casa Tua for the birthday dinner and made a reservation for me...I would go back RIGHT NOW!!!
