Everything is done to have secluded rest. The beach is excellent for kids and for adults. The view from the beach is amazing. We tried another beach in Pattaya, but this in Andaz is way more comfortable to get into the sea and swim. The infinity pool on the beach and pools in the hotel are very cozy and not so crowded. There is a kids club with various activities. We tried fish feeding. The kids loved it. The service and personnel do their best to make feel you comfortable and happy. The design of the hotel and facilities are excellent. The spa is great with Japanese bath ( onsen), Turkish bath and Finish bath. The gym has everything to do a good workout. The restaurants have a great variety of choices. We loved Thai restaurant. We loved our stay at Andaz Pattaya.

Mason was a wonderful experience for me and my partner. The pool villa was large with a nice view of the ocean, comfortable bedding and seating, a beautiful hot tub and bathroom/pool section. The staff were helpful and accommodating, in both the turn down service and anything we requested. The dinner at the hotel being delicious with a nice view of the sunset.

Tropical paradise. Very friendly and helpful staff. Owner insisted on giving me lifts to the centre. Bring your earplugs. Children start playing in the pool at 6am. Was fully booked as it was the long holiday.

The pool villas were out of this world, the infinity pool and the gardens were beautiful, food was fantastic, and the beach was amazing. They even had kayaks to take out into the waters. Felt so relaxed we extended our stay.
