We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Minshuku KCS Hotel and Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by very kind, polite, and hospitable employees who made us feel right at home. Their exceptional customer service truly made a difference throughout our stay. The hotel offers delicious food, with a variety of tasty options at an affordable price. The menu is reasonably priced, making it a great value for the quality of food served. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and it was the perfect way to start our day. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area, which made it an ideal place for total relaxation. We were able to enjoy some peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers laundry services at a very cheap price, which was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights of our experience was the reliable service provided by the hotel’s staff. We ventured to a very far location, and our knowledgeable driver went above and beyond by not only ensuring a smooth and safe journey, but also serving as our tour guide along the way. His insights into the area and local culture made the trip even more enjoyable, and his attentiveness and care made us feel completely at ease. We also had the joy of celebrating New Year with the wonderful staff. It felt like a warm home away from home, as everyone joined in the festivities and made the occasion extra special. When we requested a dinner at the viewing deck, the staff went above and beyond to make it an awesome dining experience. They served our food and made sure to stay nearby to check if we needed anything, ensuring we had everything we wanted. Their thoughtful and attentive service made the meal even more memorable. A small guesthouse right on the water of a quiet bay, with an annex further round the waterfront including some small bungalow/huts where we stayed. The room was small, with nowhere really to unpack, but it was clean and comfortable and had a small verandah right on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Dive Centre is excellent. The staff all seemed to get on really well with each other which created really good atmosphere. They were also (to my inexperienced eye) professional and safe. Underwater they were brilliant at spotting and pointing out small and tiny reef creatures, which were amazing and fascinating (I am now really into nudibranchs). There are water coolers in the main public areas so we could reuse our water bottles (they also provide each guest with a refillable metal water bottle). The restaurant staff were given the evening of Christmas Day off (we were encouraged to eat early!) - a thoughtful touch which exemplifies the management style. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Owner and staff are very accommodating. Location of the lodge is very near on the beach. They tell us where are the "go to places" in Puerto Galera and the beach activities to do. Breakfast is very good! Rooms are clean. My family enjoyed our stay in the lodge esp my mother. Money worth spending ❤️ Keep it up! 😎

this is THE place to stay at if you want the best view of White Beach. Also had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fridge was stocked up. Wifi was fast and steady. Water pressure good; hot and cold shower working. AC with fan provided. But that balcony overlooking the whole of White Beach puts every other resort to shame hahah.

The location was excellent as it was only a short walk into Sabang. Asian Divers is attached to El Galleon which is why we chose to stay there. I have been diving all over the pacific for the last 40 years and the diving operation here is one of the best I have ever dived with. Very professional and organised. The whole resort was well run and friendly with an excellent menu. We all liked the happy hour at the Point Bar where you got two cocktails for the price of one. This was where all our evenings started.

The resort itself is magnificent. Wonderful location and just a walking distance from Sabang PG. All the staff are friendly, helpful and caring to my family. They help us to organise all the transportation on the way to PG and back to Batangas. The foods they serving in the restaurant is top class. It’s a very safe place for my children. Very family friendly.
