WIFI is very fast. Contrary to previous reviews there is hot water in the shower that works perfectly. Kitchen fully stocked with modern appliances including microwave and full oven and range. The property is fully secured by a large security detail, very very safe here. No sketchy characters about, all the fellow tenants are well to do types.

Great location. Close to Atria, Esplanade and more. Very convenient. The place is clean and homey. It got everything you need especially if you wish to stay for a long time. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. There's a high speed internet offered so if you are working while traveling like us this is great for you. They also have a gym and a pool that guests can use. This is an all in one staycation place in Iloilo. Thank you so much for your hospitality Ma'am LB. The host was very nice and accommodating. Upon arrival they showed us where to park and gave us instructions. The host was easy to talk to as always and also made sure to reply to my inquiries. The host even turned the a/c on upon our arrival. The room was clean, comfortable and overall, we had a great stay.
