I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Metro Clark. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I asked to change my room after check-in, and they immediately accommodated my request without any hassle - truly great service. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well-maintained. I do want to note that the West Wing looks significantly newer and more modern compared to the East Wing, so if you prefer a fresher design, it's worth requesting a room there. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Owner after a rocky start on my behalf, due to no internet etc on mobile, was super welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend Jacks condos. Perfect just a walk away from the action and very quiet.

The place is close to SM and public transport and airport. Spacious room and clean, and breakfast is a bunos. I will definitely stay here again.
