Beautiful. Everything, from the room to the setting and the food to the facilities. We have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so on top of everything, super helpful, and genuine enjoy their work. The staff made everything so easy, helped with taxis, or the complimentary shuttle.

We had lovely time in Damai Beach Resort. Since the receptioninst made a mistake and put into the wrong category of accomodation, we have seen both. Invest into the premium category, you will not regret it. That part of the hotel is a paradise. The standart category is ok but it doesnt even get half way to the experience you get on the top of the hill. There are great pools in the resort and you practically have the beach for yourself.
