Their two adorable kids and one special repeat visitor from Denmark became the cherry on top of this holiday :) Judith's delicious cooking classes and homemade meals, and the engaging conversations truly made my trip unforgettable. Staying here didn't just offer accommodation; it provided an authentic experience and a sense of belonging. For an enriching and heartwarming Sri Lankan experience, this hostel with its exceptional host family is an absolute must!

Lovely rooms, well stocked with plenty of amenities. Comfortable bed and fantastic rain water shower. Pamudu , the staff member who was on call, is amazing. Super friendly, very attentive and extremely personable. He is a winner!

The location is absolutely perfect, near a very calm beach. We had a room with seaview and the view was stunning. The room was spacious and clean. It does not have a fridge, but we did not need it. The hotel provides a beach towel. They provide only one bath towel per person (there is no small towel for face), otherwise all good. The kettle and electrical adapter were provided under request.

We loved everything at Dandelion property. Our room was big, comfortable, clean, bright. The hotel is located near the main road but it was quite silent, and we could sleep very well. Generator of the hotel worked very well during the power cuts. Very nice to have a working fridge keeping our water and fruits fresh ! The owner is the kindest we've met in Sri Lanka. Very good english, very good manners. Professional. Good tips. The room was cleaned during our stay with new sheets and towels. 100% recommended, probably our best homestay in the country.

A very attentive owner Malith, he will help solve all your questions. Once, during a severe thunderstorm and downpour, the lights were turned off at night, the owner immediately brought us candles. You can agree on any time for breakfast. We liked everything.
