Very nice and hospitable family. The rooms were very new, spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing! Location close to the beach and restaurants. Everything was perfect!

I stayed for two nights to arrive in Sri Lanka and I loved it. It’s very green and calm. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The free airport pick up worked out wonderful. The accommodation also provides a free SIM card. The owner even brought me to the bus terminal and made sure I got in the right bus on my way to Anuradhapura. I highly recommend this place if you want a slow and relaxed start.

I really liked the place and the room :) the room has a mosquito net and a fan as well as an own bathroom! The beach is super close. The real highlight of the place is the family living there who gives you advices and helps you with everything as well as their little daughter!

Basil was the most lovely host, he was so helpful and always made sure I was taken care of. He also arranged my tuktuk rides and my boattour for me! The hotel makes you feel at home and the facilities are nice, the AC was very welcome and I was surprised there was a shared fridge. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can chill. I had a lovely stay, thank you again Basil!

Very nice family place. Very kind and supportive. The owner answered many transportation questions i had on how to get to Kandy. They were kind enough to let me leave a bag in storage with them to pick up a month later while i travel in Sri lanka. Clean, comfortable room. Very Quiet location. Hot shower and good ac. Included breakfeast of eggs, toast, coffee and fruit. No local style food options within 500 meters so u might want to bring food, water and snacks/fruit with u. There is a supermarket about 500 meters away where i bought fruit for my dinner. They do have western food options nearby like pizza and fried chicken.

Absolutely outstanding! The room service and food were beyond amazing. The host was exceptionally polite and accommodating – even after our late-night arrival post-11 PM, he guided us to the location with the utmost kindness. The caretaker, Mr. Muthu, deserves special recognition for his exceptional hospitality and for serving us one of the best food we had in Sri Lanka. Their breakfast? Simply divine! Healthy, delicious, and absolutely unforgettable. Highly recommended!

An oasis of calm in Negombo. Provided a perfect starting point for us before travelling around Sri Lanka. Superb breakfast and super friendly staff. Also loved the pool and the comfortable bed (we were in the pink room). Highly recommended!
