This is an amazing hotel and apartment, one of the best I have ever been to with my family. The hosts and staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were perfectly clean and prepared, and breakfasts with freshly brewed morning coffee were very tasty. Covered private parking and location 1 min from the beach are a big plus.

Everything was perfect. The Staff also, specially Michaela. Hotel is almost on the beach, there is only street between. Pool is great and outdoor area. Breakfast was also great. People say always the same for breakfast, but also at home you don’t have that many options for breakfast. There was everything you need on the table. Parking helps a lot. You can also rent a bike every day for a 3 hours for free and that was great. They work with beach 84 and the beach area is also great. A lot of things to do on the beach, specially for people with kids. I would really recommend this place.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a tidy building. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight — with a small playground, comfy sofas, sun loungers, and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach is very close, and the 114–115–116 beach areas are perfect for families with small children. There’s also a shared laundry room, which is especially useful during longer stays. Parking in the area can be challenging, so it’s worth reserving a parking spot in advance. Our host, Domenico, was really kind, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this place for families with young kids.

Roberto was a fantastic host — truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with accommodation. The hotel is really creative and beautiful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast and coffee were great, and the space even worked great for coworking. I genuinely have nothing to complain about.
