Modern and new hotel (opened last year), and the layout of the room was great. We stayed 3 nights in a 2bd/2ba villa and it was spacious and perfect for 3 people. The service from the front desk, and housekeeping were great. The food and staff at the restaurant was excellent as well, and the afternoon snack was a nice touch. We really appreciated the gardens, waterfalls and the water fountain show too. There are not much restaurants nearby and you must have a driver or a car to get around. The hotel located a driver for us to enjoy the local sites, and that was great. Communication with Novi via WhatsApp for all our needs before and during the trip was excellent.

Nice location for a relaxing stay, even though it was rainy season. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the walkway to over looking the lake. I'm sure when the weather is better the activities offered on the lake would be a lot of fun.

I liked that it was very new! Didn’t mind that the only way to access the property was via a private boat. Didn’t have much a fly or bug problem cos the place was new and clean. Bed was super comfy and the quilt kept us warm at night. The Eggs Benedict at breakfast was good - just note that cos they are very new, the menu is limited and they don’t have alcohol.

The location is just a dream place: peaceful and quiet around the woods. The staff is more than efficient. Really nice and friendly. The cook really nice dinner for us. 100% recommended for those who want the natural birds songs as an alarm clock in the morning.
