Loved our holiday at Ritz Carlton . The room was very large with a lovely feel , I think recently renovated. Every one of the staff were excellent, especially Victor in the lobby bar , what a gentleman! The hotel had beautiful grounds and gardens you felt like you were in paradise. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurants for evening meals were exceptional. We tried them all apart from the Japanese only because we don’t like Japanese, I’m sure they were lovely too . The restaurants are expensive but I’d say it’s a dining experience not just the food , the staff in all the restaurants were again exceptional. The beach was beautiful and had a lovely beach bar . We have just arrived back home and already thinking of booking for next year we had a great holiday . Also if you’re a golfer the Abama golf course is amazing. I’ve played golf all over the world and this was up there with the best.

First I like to thank Roberto and his team. They do an amazing job. I had a slight problem which was fixed within one hour. Thank you for the shower mat as well. The apartment was nice and clean. As I was staying 20 nights they changed the bed linen and the towels once a week. They were enough bath and kitchen towels during the week. I liked the washing machine and clothes rack. The location is perfect. Close to Camison and Las Vistas Beach. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in the area. I visited the pastry shop and heladeria (great ice cream) at Vista Sur at least once a day. I had a great time.

Everything here exceeded our expectations. The staff was very nice and friendly, excellent food, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was definitely worth it. On the day of our check out they let us have early breakfast before the official opening of the kitchen which we really appreciated. Rooms were cleaned almost every day (2 days of no cleaning per week), and the quality of the cleaning was very high. Every time we entered the cleaned room we felt like on the first day - very nice smell, new towels if requested. Also, we appreciated small details, like welcome sandwiches, fruit and water in the fridge upon our arrival. There is a great blue flag Fanabe beach just a couple of minutes from the hotel, and Duque beach (also blue flag) 10-15 min. Our stay was excellent in every way.
