The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I loved the location. It was an extremely clean hotel. Hose at the pool bar was amazing. I loved him. He works very hard. Always so friendly. The breakfast was amazing. There was lots of choice. You could also order from a separate menu too. I was staying half board in Royal Level. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. I will be back for sure.

I used the upgraded version during my stay - I think this kind of offer segregation is perfect. I have nothing to complain about. The room facilities, the infrastructure of the hotel gave us what we expected during our stay.
