I recently had the pleasure of vacationing at this delightful resort, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception manager, Mr. Mahmoud Amer, warmly welcomed us and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our time here, it was evident that the entire staff genuinely cared about our well-being. I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the restaurant manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdallah, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was impeccable. Likewise, from the bar, Mr. Hany, was incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure our satisfaction. Ahmed from the diving centre impressed us with his generosity and genuine hospitality. The housekeeping staff surprised us with thoughtful touches, while Osama, the lifeguard, displayed unwavering kindness and professionalism. The hardworking waiters, including Zezo and Abdo, were always eager to assist, making us feel truly valued. Special mention must go to Mr. Sameh from the restaurant, whose politeness and kindness were truly appreciated. Moreover, the resort itself is a haven of tranquillity. The pool and beach areas are meticulously maintained, offering a serene environment to unwind. Our room was immaculate, well-equipped, and met all our needs. The culinary offerings were exquisite, with a diverse menu that tantalized our taste buds. Additionally, exploring the beautiful coral reef and vibrant marine life added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. In summary, this resort is a gem that exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The attentive staff, pristine surroundings, and outstanding amenities make it a destination worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating getaway.

I just want to join to the others, it is the best hotel in Marsa Alam, where the guests are the king. So friendly staff, unbelievable, we will miss all!! The rooms are so modern, the food is always different, animation and sport program! Thank you Natalia!!! The coral reef is amazing, we saw turtles, see cow dugong, dolphins, mantarays, calmars etc… We just want to come back and see how it looks like after grand opening and meet again the people we have in our hurts now. It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

This intimate resort is located by a stunning coral reef in a peaceful spot with no boats or other tourists. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with diverse cuisine, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, and direct sea access just a few steps from your bungalow, this is the place for you. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small terrace. Everything is just as described. It is only 25-minute ride from the Marsa Alam airport.

We stayed at Amarina Queen Resort and honestly… what a lovely surprise! The whole place is super well cared, clean and relaxing, exactly the kind of vibe you want when you escape to Marsa Alam. The beach is beautiful, spacious, and the sea is incredible. The animation team doesn’t overwhelm you with 200 activities, but the few they do are fun and well-organized, perfect if you want to enjoy the resort without feeling pushed into anything. Food was good and they really try to make every evening different, which we appreciated. A special thanks to Sarah, the Quality Inspector Manager. She’s amazing, always around checking on guests, super attentive and ready to help with anything. If you mention a problem, they fix it right away. The whole staff is genuinely kind and welcoming, and that makes a huge difference. We felt really comfortable here, and if we come back to Egypt, we’ll definitely choose Amarina again. 💙✨

We had an amazing time, all thanks to Wael, who took exceptional care of us. He organized our trips to swim with dolphins, visit one of the most beautiful beaches, and arranged a journey to Luxor with a private taxi driver and guide. He ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. We also want to thank Karim who’s service was always with a smile, he is a very kind and helpful young man. The chef his food was incredible, the portions were generous, fresh and made with love. The rooms were perfect, the many cuddles of the beautiful dogs were heartwarming and the sea has a stunning rief where you could spend hours! We couldn’t have wished for a better, more pure, and relaxing stay. Everyone was so friendly and sincere, which made our vacation even more special. I loved the setting of this hotel in its extensive and beautiful grounds. Such lovely gardens, and so many birds to watch - it was perfect. As was the service from the staff, - they managed to locate my Ipad which I had lost en route from Gatwick, and thanks to Mohamed, the Front Office Manager, assisted by Peter and Khaled at Reception, it was found at Marsa Alam Airport. Help too from Ahmed, the Lifeguard who took me snorkelling, and showed me a turtle I would never have noticed otherwise. The beach is a lovely sandy sheltered bay so you can snorkel directly from there or via a short bridge close to the Royal, and the reef itself does not disappoint. There is also a small heated pool in a walled setting, and is sheltered from the wind, so necessary in the winter months. The Restaurant was good too.
