I recently had the pleasure of vacationing at this delightful resort, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception manager, Mr. Mahmoud Amer, warmly welcomed us and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our time here, it was evident that the entire staff genuinely cared about our well-being. I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the restaurant manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdallah, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was impeccable. Likewise, from the bar, Mr. Hany, was incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure our satisfaction. Ahmed from the diving centre impressed us with his generosity and genuine hospitality. The housekeeping staff surprised us with thoughtful touches, while Osama, the lifeguard, displayed unwavering kindness and professionalism. The hardworking waiters, including Zezo and Abdo, were always eager to assist, making us feel truly valued. Special mention must go to Mr. Sameh from the restaurant, whose politeness and kindness were truly appreciated. Moreover, the resort itself is a haven of tranquillity. The pool and beach areas are meticulously maintained, offering a serene environment to unwind. Our room was immaculate, well-equipped, and met all our needs. The culinary offerings were exquisite, with a diverse menu that tantalized our taste buds. Additionally, exploring the beautiful coral reef and vibrant marine life added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. In summary, this resort is a gem that exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The attentive staff, pristine surroundings, and outstanding amenities make it a destination worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating getaway.

Amazing experience!!! Friendly and helpful, exceptional service - they will help with any request. You feel like a very wanted guest. Food is 10/10 each time, great variety of options. Everything in the hotel is brand new and shining. Beach is super clean and nice. Peaceful, quiet place, nice tennis courts, great cocktails. Feels like the best place in Egypt! Huge recommendation, choose this option and you definitely will be happy!

I just want to join to the others, it is the best hotel in Marsa Alam, where the guests are the king. So friendly staff, unbelievable, we will miss all!! The rooms are so modern, the food is always different, animation and sport program! Thank you Natalia!!! The coral reef is amazing, we saw turtles, see cow dugong, dolphins, mantarays, calmars etc… We just want to come back and see how it looks like after grand opening and meet again the people we have in our hurts now. Highly recommend this amazing hotel! The location is perfect, located at the grass area where the Dugongs and turtles feed. I stayed here for three nights and I was luckily enough to see both. The staff were all super friendly and helpful in all locations on the resort. I always felt like I was being cared for by the staff. The food and house wine at this hotel are 10/10 this is a big part of my selection when choosing a hotel and this hotel delivers to a very high standard. The room was a very good size and the shower in the bathroom is fantastic, lots of room! The hotel in general is very clean and maintained. I will be returning to Jaz Elite Amara. I love it here!

Absolutely all staff were so very helpful and thoughtful. (Thank you.) Nothing seemed to phase them. Carefully designed, buildings with wonderful outlook. Do take some time to examine the fossilised corals etc in the stone from which the place is built! Meals were always freshly prepared, beautifully presented and plentiful, with the option of seconds if need be. Vegetarian food was excellent, as was, I understand from friends, Vegan, and meat. The whole site was kept meticulously clean, including the beach. There are gardens with indigenous plants, including those that attract butterflies and moths. Also a formal fresh water feature, the home of numerous dragonflies: a surprise bonus. The infinity pool is generously sized. Security appears to be excellent, as are safety features eg fire hoses, emergency exit signs, pool Life Guard. Outdoor lighting at night is adequate for safety, but angled downwards, so star gazing is possible. The House Reef is easily accessible from a pier a short walk from the Lodge. The Emperor Divers facility which abuts the Lodge gives options of Shore and Boat diving.

Everything was good, from the kindness of the staff to the excellent food and the beautiful and super clean location and the coral reef in front of it!

Waleed was quickly responding to my requests and was always willing to help me or to take me where I wanted to go. The location of the apartment is pretty good and close to the city center.

The room is very large with several beds, suitable for many people to stay in. It has air conditioning and is very good
