Elegant lodge, with air-conditioned generous rooms Staff very attentive and adaptable, ensuring vegan as well as vegetarian options. Amazing breakfasts, served in poolside dining toom overlooking the garden.. extended,access to coffee,and tea. Access to a wide-screen TV for sports viewing if wanted (we didn't) Staff happy to arrange activities, taxis, and advise about alternative dinner options when their kitchen closed for the evening to allow their staff to celebrate Christmas evening with their families. We will happily return.

Location is a walking distance from the falls, very nicely design hotel. You can hear the falls and see the mist. The nice location allowed us to go back to the room midday to take a break.

That was top of the line. The views just as expected and as described, the quality of the mattress and pillows are high end. The bathroom is very new and immaculate, the showers water pressure is fantastic. The food was great. I will go back!

We had the pleasure of staying at an absolute gem of a hotel, and are still buzzing from the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and completely taken care of. Peter picked me up from the airport and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He was also sometimes at the reception, always ready with a warm smile and assistance whenever needed. Stanley, the chef, deserves special recognition—the food he prepared was absolutely delicious. Every meal felt thoughtfully made, and his cooking truly added to the comfort of our stay. Tino was wonderful as well. He showed us the rooms upon arrival and was always available to help with anything we needed. His attentiveness and kindness made a big difference. The rest of the staff were equally friendly, professional, and dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, creating the perfect environment to relax. Overall, Savanna68 exceeded our expectations. I’m genuinely grateful for the hospitality and would definitely return!

It was like a slice of paradise. Staff were incredible from the first step in the door, we felt so well looked after. Bryan also organised trips and gave us ideas of places to visit, and booked things for us, he was amazing. The pancakes at breakfast were like doughnuts and my daughter adored them ( she is 20!)They made fresh tasty omelettes or eggs if you wanted them. They even had Twinnings tea :) It was very quiet and had a lovely atmosphere. It had 2 pools and you could have food or drinks brought to you by the pool side.

Mbano is truly an exceptional hidden gem hidden in a forest. Very eco friendly and everything was well thought to meet the high standards. Staff were super attentive the owner was very gracious and kind, she was always around for a chat. I had missed my flight but they made it a point to make my partner feel at home, by the time I got there the next day he had adapted and he was super chaffed that staff gave him all the love. This was truly a humbling experience and I’m truly grateful. Mbano see you soon thank you so much for your hospitality
