The hotel is brand new! We walked from the airport to the hotel. The hotel personnel is super nice and accommodating. The manager, Mickey, allowed us to have a late checkout because our flight was delayed. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

I loved the Spa, found out too late it had a hairdressers. I loved the Brewery.. The pool area is great. I also liked that as a leisure stay we weren't dominated by the business only guests. All the stay were very courteous and professional. Call out for the woman on reception who checked us in. And Gift, the evening waiter who looked after us.

Breakfast - an excellent choice, a big variety of everything and people simply wonderful, first part of the stay the room was a bit smaller , but ok comfortable, becaise we were all day at the conference so size was ok (room 509), but the second stay our room was upgraded and with the sitting part and this was really perfectly comfortable and this part we already had a holiday so we enjoyed an extra space.(room 425).

It’s very crowded, chaotic & polluted from vehicle fumes.

It’s very crowded, chaotic & polluted from vehicle fumes. Petty crime is rife, & you must constantly guard against pick pockets (one could say the same for London). After dark, it becomes very dangerous for tourists out walking alone

This is a remote place to come and experience the African bush and fishing if that's your thing. The lodges provide as much comfort as they can, but remember this is the African bush not your own front room !

Lusaka is a good place to visit. The problm is the road.

Lusaka is a good place to visit. The problm is the road. There is a stretch with a lot of potholes. Even the police officers that side are very hostile. They are always ready to lay a charge on visitors without guiding them
