We are two young girls went on a trip to South Africa. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Marie and Johan. From the room itself to all the advice and help we needed, they were always there for us. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and smooth during our stay. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature, and has such a calming and peaceful atmosphere. It is also very well located, close to so many interesting places and activities to explore nearby. Marie and Johan are genuinely kind, caring, and attentive people, and it truly made a difference to feel so well supported. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming and reliable place to stay.

Jack is an amazingly friendly host Him and the family that owns the farm went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Waking up to seeing a family of peacocks and a farm of ripe strawberries was great. The food and fresh strawberry infused beverages were absolutely devine Mom Enjoyed her relaxing full body massage, The kids had a great time at the pool and interacting with farm animals while riding ponies. The place is tranquil and away from city noise, with creative touches all around We can't thank Jack enough We will definitely be visiting the place again soon Our car broke down and they helped us with open hearts

We have discovered a piece of heaven this weekend. So much care was giving to the development of this property and all the amenities that come with it. Mark and Caroline were amazing hosts. No amount of trouble was spared to make our stay a most enjoyable one. Breakfast was a veritable feast to appease all guests. We will certainly recommend Stone Hill to our family and friends and we (as well as the doggie) will be back. Thank you very much.

Was there for the Alma Mater International School and its beautiful and well maintained but the Municipality of Krugersdorp is letting down the area. They need to do more to revive even the old areas, set standards for all owners of properties to keep their places clean, some areas the municipality does not even clean. The area has potential and is not congested, just needs love and commitment, levies and rates be channeled correctly.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The host was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. We really enjoyed the farm animals around the property, the cottage was neat and clean with sufficient supply of crockery/cutlery etc. Tinus made a braai for us and made sure the kids were catered for as well. Overall great stay and experience will definitely recommend it if you want some peace and quiet.

Most thing that I liked, guest house is nearer to town and you can even walk to the gas station. I ate outside not because i did not like their but because I wanted to explore Carltonville. It was easy to get around.

We loved the nature sounds, the birds and the peace and quiet. We booked our stay to have a getaway from the city and this location was perfect. Sun on the mountains, a lovely breeze, clean air. Beautiful trees and lots of nature. The jacuzzi is amazing!

I want to live here!

I want to live here! It's peaceful, quiet, I have never experienced silence like that. It was beautiful. The apartment itself was a home away from home. Everything was well thought out, the deco, having everything available for convenience, a gas heater for cold nights, fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill outside, a plunge pool to cool off for hot days/nights, games, a really cool picnic spot, a boma to go make a fire and hang out... I can't type it all out man, just go experience this place. It's the perfect getaway to recharge, relax and just unwind.
