I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Joburg. This was on top of the list of the best stays ever. The room was spotless clean, very comfortable, and staff were amazing. Do not miss this exceptional hotel! We loved every minute of our stay, from the liveried doormen greeting us to the most helpful reception, concierge and room staff. Our suite contained two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, a living and kitchen area. It was immaculate, and we had everything we could possibly have wanted. Breakfast too was excellent, with a great selection to choose from and we were greeted by the cheerful and attentive staff who helped us throughout.

The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped, in good condition, and cleaned daily which was a real bonus! The security guards were very friendly and welcoming, so we always felt safe returning to the property, and the underground parking was very convenient. The onsite coffee shop (daytime only) was useful.

I always stay at Hotel Perte at least twice a year.

I always stay at Hotel Perte at least twice a year. I spend new years eve here every single year. I've been staying at Hotel Perte since it opened. Another amazing thing is that the cleaning staff are very friendly and absolutely honest. I sometimes stay over a week and I never had to lock up my stuff in my absence, all valuables were completely safe

I did not like anything. The people did not even try!

I did not like anything. The people did not even try! When I complained about the dirty sheets, i was told they were washed the day before. No effort at all. The breakfast was just another disaster, not even a chair to sit on.

The place is easily accessible and not far from the main road. Rooms are clean, environment very quiet and tranquil. The people are warm and friendly. I believe in future it will be even better than it is now. It has great potential for growth. Overall we had a wonderful time. Friendly staff and management. They do not have a self catering facility but still made sure we are able to use their facilities for preparing our own food. Tshidiso and Madala Richard made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.

The City was quite, enjoyable my first day before check in I took my family to Carnival City they were so impressed the next took them to Gold Reef City it was so fun then later for evening meals to Mall of Africa 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽❤️❤️❤️💃💃💃🕺🕺🕺They enjoy the trip with Alcazaba hotel offering us fresh baths in between and easy access to and from our trips
