The spa provided a relaxing retreat, and the swimming pool was a refreshing oasis. Most impressive, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and professional. Overall, the Swiss Diamond Hotel is an exceptional hotel. With its great location, fantastic facilities, and outstanding staff, I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

It was a really wonderful stay. The staff including Edona, Adrijdna, Redon and Vjollca were very helpful, professional and friendly. The quality of the room was amazing and the breakfast in the cafe was delicious. Overall, it was a nice stay at a good location. The above mentioned staff & management deserve full praise for treating the guests with a lot of care and generosity, including my personal request for a late check-out ! Will highly recommend this hotel for all travelers/ visitors to Prishtina. All the best to the Margo team !

Everything was as described and as in photos. Clean and spacious room. Quick hot water and quality clean towels&linen. Comfortable bed, quiet at night. Free and safe parking. Safe area. Very hospitable and helpful owners, the entire family was extremely welcoming and friendly, we felt like family members, we chatted until late in the night and got free beverages and had really interesting conversations about culture and history etc. Highly recommend this place. I arrived much later than originally expected (00:15 am) but could still easily check-in, even though the room was not paid yet. The room was clean and well equipped (WIFI, shower gel, towels, toothbrush and -paste, hairdryer, television, small fridge, TV, kettle, tea) and the breakfast was great. The person on the reception helped me find a bus to go to Prizren, where I had a meeting) and ordered a taxi for me.

This Hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone who visits this part of the world. The Room was great with everything you need which was spacious and immaculately clean. The Breakfast was also great "served with you in mind with a very personal touch" and the owner Driton was excellent in making you feel at home and introducing you to Prishtina and Kosovo. Prishtina also exceeded my expectations and had everything from Bazaars to Christmas Markets and a beautiful Cathedral as well as Shopping experiences. I highly recommend this hotel and to visit this place.

The Hotel located in a quiet country area and have a private parking. The room was very good. Comfortable bed and pillows. There was hot water to take a shower. Also my room had a closet with hangers and a blanket. There was a table with a chair and a flat screen cable TV. My room had a small balcony with the view of the nature around the area. The hotel have a very polite staff.

Pristina is a decent enough city for a short stay.

Pristina is a decent enough city for a short stay. I would say that you only need about a day or maybe a day and a half to explore the city. The city does have a couple of highlights and it is fairly cheap. I would highly recommend that you also go to visit Prizren (also in Kosovo) if you are visiting Pristina. The city of Pristina is nice enough but it is the weakest of the Balkan capitals in my opinion.

The unit was clean, and spacious.

The unit was clean, and spacious. There was a family run restaurant and made delicious food called Gjeltore. Everything else you would need a vehicle or taxi. Pizza delivery was good too. No A/C and the unit was hot so blinds were blocking the sun so I bought a floor fan that made the stay way better. They need a new mattress or bed frame, it made cracking noise .

For a family of 5, the villa was pretty spacious. most of the time we ate outside at the balcony too. It is also very animal friendly. We friended two lovely dogs who decided to accompany us. The hosts are very attantive, you can stay in contact via watsapp. The response is fast. the shop and restaurant nearby are also quite good. The breakfast is halal, and you can get it in your villa, you shoud definitely try. it has some distance from the city, so you should probably rent a car. it was overall quite a good experience.

The bus station is around 25-30 minutes walk to the centre, maybe a bit more depending on where you are staying. The centre itself is very walkable with lots of places to see and eat. Local buses are frequent and easy to find too. We really liked the relaxed atmosphere. Try and find Renaissance restaurant if you can. No menu - they feed you very well, with real top-notch food. Red and white wine included in the very reasonable price.

Overall the people are really friendly, traffic can be a bit challenging as soon as you leave the main routes, it´s cleaner than many places in Kosovo and I was quite amazed how much it changed for the better since I last was there in 2001! Worth a visit after all!
