Chef has 20 years experience on cruise line, menu was exceptional. All staff were friendly, efficient and happy. Accommodation was very comfortable, including bedding and pillows. Continental breakfast was included. Lovely pool and bar, outdoor dining, gardens. Location was convenient, bakery across the street. Staff made sure we were safe and secure during Cyclone Lola arrival by supplying towels, flashlights, water. Meals delivered to our room during that unsafe time. Hotel has a generator in case of power outage.

Amazing staff, Lisa and her mum are so kind, and treated us like family, John behind the bar was so lovely and kind. The food was incredible, great vegan options and very authentic Vanuatu food (which made a nice change to everywhere else we had been). The room had everything you needed. We loved the retro 70s decor, it was like walking back in time. Very close to the wharf, shops, and Lisa organised everything that we needed (including yoga!) Can’t recommend enough!

The family is lovely, spending time with them has been an unforgettable experience. Thanks, Sylvie, Pleayo and I will miss you and your kids. The bungalows are humble, but clean and comfy. Lonnoc beach is amazing, its water colour can easily beat the famous Champagne beach (10 min away). The food cooked by Sylvie is yummy yummy.

The staff went out of their way to look after you. Kathy was great even doing our laundry. Whilst the property is a little out of town very easy to get a bus or taxi. Locally operated and great value for money.

It’s a little paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of Luganville! We had paradise just to ourselves! I really can‘t agree with the last review that was written here. Our rooms were ready when we got there. The Bungalow was really clean, yes maybe some small stains on the white linen (what do you expect in the tropics). Wendy is an absolutely amazing host! She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome! Food is absolutely delicious in the restaurant and fairly priced as they are large portions as well! They even prepared us breakfast when we had to leave for the airport at 5:45 am!! You can charge your phone while you eat at the restaurant - they always turn on the generator from 6:30 pm - 8pm so you can also charge it in your room. We had no issues with using the solar power even during rainy season. Our Mosquito net had no holes. There are also mosquito nets on all the windows and there is bug spray in the room and anti mosquito coils. All in all it was a very comfortable stay and by far the best price to value ratio we have had in whole Vanuatu! Would stay with Wendy at Lonnoc Lodge everytime!

This is the perfect place to stay. At first, I was a bit disappointed it wasn't closer to the resort so we could walk there for meals, but it took me only moments to realise how wrong I was and this place was a hidden gem! This gorgeous spot has the most beautiful beachfront with some incredible snorkelling. It was just bliss. Getting to the resort for some of our meals was still accessible and easy, as our hosts could drop us off and pick us up for a small fee. I am so glad I brought over some food from the main island; I wish I had packed more because there were great cooking facilities! If you are bringing kids, make sure you bring some card games, soccer balls and other little things because you won't want to leave!
