Great hotel with very friendly staff. Upon arrival we received a free room upgrade! We had a comfy room with a big bed, bathtub, very nice hot shower. Location is a bit further from the centre, but it doesn’t really matter with free bikes that are very handy. Staff helped us arrange our activities, so it made our stay hasslefree.

One of the best hotels during our 5 week tour. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and of exceptional quality. Breakfast was abundant and beautifully presented. What all the reviews say about Flower and Robert are true! Flower made our visit to Hoi An truly a special one. I've been in Hoi An a few times, but following her recommendations truly made the trip incredibly enjoyable. Upon hearing that we hadn't yet tried a banh mi on our trip, Flower made a point to send us off with a banh mi each, and even timed her afternoon to make sure she would be able to reheat mine to be nice and crispy before I left to the airport. The rooms are clean, modern and simple.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and carefully maintained garden, the view from all rooms is perfect. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful in everything. The beach and its surroundings are also perfectly maintained. Even though the hotel was fully booked over the weekend, there was no problem with the number of sunbeds, neither by the pool nor by the sea. The breakfasts are very rich, constantly replenished, you can order extra coffee for free (cappuccino, latte, etc.). The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Hoi An, which is very nice. Upon arrival, our friend was celebrating her birthday and even though we informed the staff about this at the last minute, they managed to prepare everything perfectly. She received a huge bouquet of flowers in her room upon arrival, a sweet surprise awaited her in the form of macaroons, and in the evening the table was festively set, with flower decorations and candles, and at the end of the dinner there was also a cake. Thank you very much for a great stay, we definitely recommend the hotel.

It was our second time returning to this amazing hotel and we appreciated warm welcome and care by Mr Dung. We loved sea view from our terrace, serenity of pool area, fully equipped gym while kids enjoyed kids club. Two bedroom appartments featuring two bathrooms are great option for families, everything is atil new and spotlessly clean. We also tried spa package including traditional Korean saunas - very relaxing 3 hours.. All facilities are clean, well maintained and staff well trained.. Free shuttle to Hoian town was very convenient for the afternoons. Breakfast is a daily treat with lots of western and Asian options. Afternoon tea also offers nice selection of sweet and savoury treats. We had fantastic time, again, and find this place an amazing value. We hope to be back!

Our stay at Hotel Maison Vy was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The à la carte breakfast was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. To be honest, this is the best experience I ever had. The breakfast is the best I had ever, on par with big brands like IHG Intercontinental or Hilton. The location is perfect, you can spend the day between the beach and the pool, the restaurants are wonderful, the beach bar is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. To visit hoi an, stay at palm garden and just use the shuttle bus or use the grab app, don't book a hotel in the city.

A pradise!!! The rooms are super nicely decorated and spacious with a lovely balcony and a beautiful view on the garden, the beds are very confortable. We ate several times at the restaurant and the food is delicious. They even let us order at the restaurant and served us the food next to the beach. We enjoyed a great massage a few times at the hotel's SPA. The staff is very friendly.

Hoi An is full of intrigue and charm.

Hoi An is full of intrigue and charm. Lots of historic buildings. The street stall rarely have prices noted and you are handed a calculator with a figure on it. Always way over what the price should be and bartering yo the right price takes place. The streets are very busy and pedestrians need to be mindful of motorbikes and vehicles in the narrow streets. Seems like no road rules or courtesy displayed. Can be dangeeous.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

The snorkeling here is mediocre.

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

Lily help me with Bluetooth speaker, she give us welcome drink, present us some souvenirs like painting, some tea and cake so lovely. Washing machine working well. I enjoy barbecue after fishing in the river in the front of. Cleanliness. Warming welcome. Near minimart, market. The restaurant around. I will definitely return.

Hoi An is wonderful. Very beautiful and atmospheric. Recommend shuttle bus to My Son and self guide, coconut boat, lantern release and marble mountain. Ba Na hills very disappointing, apart from golden bridge a dreadful gaudy theme park. Crowded and expensive.

An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

The old town of Hoi An is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. I especially recommend a trip to the old covered market where you can get the best Vietnamese food, freshly cooked at really great prices.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
