We stayed at this Japanese style hotel during our time in the southern part of Phu Quoc. The location was excellent – right across from the cable car and nearby other activities with a small 24-hour market conveniently next door. The hotel offered a free ticket to the Sun World Hon Thom cable car, theme park, water park, and the Kiss Bridge. It also offered a free sightseeing tour in the Sunset Town, however we did not take part in it. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was beautiful, with a calm Japanese atmosphere. The soft, adjustable lighting created a pleasant ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The bathroom was especially nice. Everything was very clean, new, and functioned as expected. The balcony offered a direct view of the evening fireworks, which was a highlight. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Service was excellent across all touchpoints. Breakfast was small but well prepared. The hotel gym was more than sufficient for a holiday stay. The spa, like the rest of the hotel, was clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The spa staff were also polite, skilled, and professional, contributing to a relaxing experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, largely thanks to the consistently high level of service and attention to details. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and effortless holiday. If you appreciate good service, a calm atmosphere, and thoughtful details, this place is your choice.

Had a wonderful stay at Sole Casa Phu Quoc! The staff were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and caring—going out of their way to help us find a universal plug. We really relaxed here, a great place when choosing it as a place to rest. We arrived late at night, but was welcomed at the airport even though that day it rained heavily. When staying here, the staff is very enthusiastic and friendly, they always laugh when meeting you. They say 4 -star hotel, but if you have to compare it is really better than the places I have been. Come here and feel like you are at your home.

Everything about this Hotel is amazing. Myself, husband and brother enjoyed our 3 nights stay here and this hotel provided free airport transfer, free buggy service, free jacuzzi, complimentary cable car and theme park tickets. Firstly the owner is absolutely lovely, just a Whatsapp message away, he arranged buggy to supermarket/ATM when we needed, answered all of our questions promptly, and even said he would help us with our onward journey: when we expressed we had an issue with a previous hotel he offered to help if we needed, to translate etc, and further said he would recommend us as guests should we have any other issues in the future. Absolutely fantastic guy! They had the cutest friendly dog in the hotel, Goku! The hotel itself is great, free bicycles, and motorcycles to rent instantly. Laundry service was fantastic. The room was gorgeous, clean, the shower was the best we’ve had since in our nearly 6 weeks travelling. Bed was comfy, TV was large, aircon was fantastic and the room got very cool very quickly. The hotel is located in a “resort complex” so everything is within walking distance, the beach & calm sea, places to eat/shop, and an amazing night market.

Stayed for 2 days surrounded by this awesome family! Van and his staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located right on the beach and in the evening it was nice to go out on the balcony and watch the sunset. The room is clean, new plumbing, excellent wi-fi. You can address with any question to Van, and you will be helped! Unfortunately on the last day of arrival I caught a cold and could not fully enjoy the beauty of this place. Definitely put this place on your itinerary, it's worth a visit. Thanks Van!

Family run hotel, great atmosphere and owner was really helpful with all our needs. This is what sets the place apart from everywhere else i have stayed and would therefore highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was a 2min buggy ride away. Rather than the usual buffet, bkfast was freshly cooked to order, therefore allow some extra time. The rooms were new and clean. We found that everything we needed was provided in the room, including hairdryer, kettle, water, coffee and tea and a mini fridge. I would definitely recommend this place. Twin rooms are larger and more spacious than doubles. Great view of the fireworks from the room on the higher floors with sea view.
