Honestly such a cute stay!! The location was like.. right in front of that proposal bridge thing, so we got crazy good views of the fireworks at night 😍 Our room looked like a tiny Japnese house, and the balcony had flowers!! Sooo pretty I didn’t wanna leave. Staff were super nice, like genuinely kind and helped w everything. They even took pics for us. They had a buggy (like an elec car) to drive us anywhere in town for freee (yes free!!). Breakfast was yum – that cream puff thing? 10/10 would eat again 😂 Also got free cable car tix (valid after check-in day) and they actually reminded me in advance so I could plan better – love that. Will def come backkk if I go Phu Quoc again!!

The perfect place we’ve ever been. The staff is very supportive, the rooms clean and very beautiful. When we came there one of the room wasn’t prepared, they took 30 minutes to fix the problem and for excuses proposed spa for all group of six people. We really appreciated that. During the stay we got here: free tickets to cable car, free access to water park, free tickets to kiss bridge, transfer from/to pier and at first day even we got breakfast when came to hotel at 10 a.m. The hotel organised at day we came boat trip, and every time were ready to help in every step. Nobody ask us to write a good review. Very grateful to everybody of hotel stuff for our perfect stay here! Happy New Year! P.S. if you take the room with sea view you have a great chance to see show at 20:00 from your balcony very clear.

Everything! - Perfect location to explore Sunset town. - Very comfortable and beautiful room. - Stephany was very helpful from the beginning. Few tips how to enjoy your stay at Sunset town: Withdraw some cash as soon as you arrive (ATM is available in Hon Thom Departure Terminal), there is not much choice around where to eat for a reasonable price (it’s like 200-300 VND min for a meal for 1 person without drinks). So better have some cash and enjoy everyday food market in the north part of the town that starts at 18:00 (5 min by walk from the Mellon Oasis). Don’t go to Starbucks for coffee, go to Lotus Cafe & Home, try Sea salt cream latte! One of the best coffee I’ve ever had!

David and his team went above and beyond to help and make the hotel feel like home. They even drove me to the pharmacy and helped translate when I got bitten by a jellyfish. Super friendly staff and the breakfasts were some of the best on the Island. Perfect location in Sunset Town, everything was walkable and easy to navigate.
