Coco Island Villa & Hotel Ninh Bình is absolutly amazing. Pictures shown on here reflect the reality. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. The sights around Ninh binh are all very close and you can even use the free bikes to get around. During our stay there was a typhoon and we had issues with our further travels. The manager himself went above and beyond to help us organize our new itinerary. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank to the entire team for making us feel comfortable and welcomed.

i don’t know where to begin in saying how great a stay it was in wonderland. from the moment we arrived Tuấn and his wife made my wife and I feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they go above and beyond to make a truly memorable experience when visiting their bungalows. The rooms are a delight and to say they are clean is an understatement, they are immaculate!! Tuấn is a fountain of local knowledge and will not hesitate to help you and every other guest that he has ( which is a lot!! ) I don’t know where he gets his energy from! if we I ever visit tam coc again this is the only place that I will be staying and I can assure anyone reading that you will be making a huge mistake if you do not stay here. it was definitely a major highlight of our once in a lifetime trip through Vietnam.

The host Nga was extremely helpful from helping us to set our itinerary. It really felt like being at home as Nga and her family is so welcoming! And they are very flexible, we could use the shower and pool after finishing our hike despite we had already checked out. They can also drive you around Ninh Binh!

We kept on prolonging our stay and felt sad when we had to leave. Our reason to choose this hotel was the cheap price and free use good and new bicycles and the good location to see the treasures of Ninh Binh area. Price/quality is astonishing. Rooms are like the pictures, I was kind of suspicious because of the grey facade picture but really it's a great hotel with lovely caring staff. The hotel is situated on a peaceful location just on the edge of the tourist center of Tam Coc. (We personally like not only to stumble over Europeans) The service is amazing. Kien is so sweet and helps you with an honest smile. She speaks very well English and replies fast by WhatsApp & booking messages even if she's not at the desk - other staff isn't fluent in English but helpful and caring and have a translator ready on their phone. We felt welcome and watched after. Kien gave us so many nice tips where to go on bike. She also arranged our transfer to Cat Ba on our last minute request. In the lobby you find comfortable large sofas and also board games (chess and other...). Brand new hotelrooms with great airco and a fan. European standard. The most beautiful and practical wardrobe space ever, convenient bathroom with toileteries). Good elevator to service the 3 floors (each 7 rooms) and go to the rooftop pool. It's a cosy clean and also classy. I have never seen so many great bicycles at a hotel in Vietnam, they are new and you can adjust the height easily, no chain but the band system!! With 3 speed acceleration and bike light (not all with working backlight but really this feels so much safer already when it's dark) they even have a lock! The rooftop pool is magic at night. Clean and new - Really deep - so it's great for teenagers and adults but also with a shallow area for smaller kids (you need to surveil them of course! No swimming vests) Breakfast is simple but perfect for a start up your day.
