Coco Villa is a really amazing new hotel, with wonderful facilities super spacious rooms, located slightly outside the touristy area, a nice more remote location with surrounding traditional villages (it is very easy to get everywhere), but it was a bonus to see less tourists. A great touch was the free bicycles available on the premises, which made it a no-brainer to get around Ninh Binh. Everyone tries so hard, special thanks to the kindest and most attentive staff: Duc, Cuong, Luc, Ninh, hanah, Thai :) We found that the mini golf course was an awesome use of the space. Overall 11/10

Loved our stay here and wished we had more days to spend in this beautiful place. We arrived late in the evening and were immediately met by the hotel staff welcoming us. Provided a welcome drink and a fruit platter. We had booked a mountain view room and were asked if we would like a bungalow. After checking out the bangalow, we decided it was the perfect room for us. So we asked to book the bangalow for us. Overall the staff here were so kind and friendly. Always greeted us with a smile and was always happy to help. A special shoutout to Dzung, the hotel staff who made our trip so incredible. When we arrived at the hotel, the restaurant was closed for the night and we wanted to go out to eat. She even took us to the town in her motorbike as we wanted to have dinner. As she spoke English, it made things easier for us. She suggested our itinerary for the next two days, arranged us motorbikes, and made sure everything was okay. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The hotel is not far from the main town and attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

The location and view is amazing. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, and everyone puts in a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable. The rooms are clean, breakfast is fulfilling and there is always fresh fruit in the morning, and a refreshing welcome drink when coming back to the hotel, even more kind gestures like that. It was a lovely stay and I would love to visit again!

The location was amazing close to everything but quiet enough to relax. The pool and aircon was a life saver in July!! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable . The breakfast was fresh and more than enough!!
