Staff was very nice ale helpful. Place is amazing, with access to the swimming pool, waterfall, restaurant, it js good place to relax and chill close to the nature, at the same time close to the city centre. You can use the bicycles for free :) and rent a bike. New equipment and clean.

My partner and I loved this Homestay. HANA you were amazing and so so cute. You daughter HANA was also just as cute (: would 100% recommended staying here if you are travelling to tam cốc. With scooter and push bike rental available you are close to everything you need. Breakfast was offered to us every morning with good suggestions to do during the day. We would stay here again for sure. Great value for money. Customer service you just cannot beat. 😀😀

The location and views were incredible. The guided walk through the rice fields was amazing and a highlight of our whole Vietnam trip, and we enjoyed walking around the local area by ourselves too. Ki and his family were very welcoming, friendly and warm hosts and we really enjoyed learning more about Hmong people and their history. The food was delicious- dinner was generous and varied each night. We would recommend to friends and will visit again if back in Vietnam

Everything, it had a lovely feel to it, the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. We would certainly revisit this hotel. We went on a trip with Dũng which made our stay with you so special. His knowledge which he shared with us on everything was vast, he was so considerate, caring and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We loved his sense of humour and company.

the location is amazing, in the middle of the limestone mountain peaks, lagoon and rice fields, but also a close bike ride from the town of Trang An (you can use the ones at the homestay at no extra cost). The hosts were very friendly and accommodating when I arrived late and made me dinner even though it was technically past dinnertime. I only stayed 2 nights but would've loved more time there!

We loved our stay here! Definitely not luxory bungalow, but that wasn't what we were looking for or expected to have. More like luxory camping, cottage within it's own peace in nature with wifi and air conditioning, plus the food was excellent and room was clean. For me, this was the best place in Ninh Binh, we even preferred to stay in hotel area than go to crowded places.

We had the best time here, what an amazing place. Beautiful Resort situated in the countryside of Ninh Binh. The rooms are very spacious and the bed very comfortable , Breakfast and dinner are good quality and very varied. We particularly enjoyed the excursion with Mr. Thanh who is a very knowledgeable guide to Bai Ding- Trang An Cave. We would definitely go back soon.

Superb location: we had a bungalow facing the water / lake with rowing boats passing by and the hill in the background ! Million dolar view! Helpfull staff. They even cooked individually a soup when I had stomach problems. Nice swimming pool. Worth staying a few days. Silent- no car traffic at all.

We actually stayed in Tam Coc, a nearby smaller tourist town...

We actually stayed in Tam Coc, a nearby smaller tourist town next to Ninh Binh. We stayed for 6 nights total and there were lots of things to do around. Pagodas, tamples, lots of caves, boat tours through those caves, Hang Mua view. I can definitely recommend it.

The bed was a king size, comfiest bed I have slept in all Vietnam, also the air con worked, having your own bathroom and shower, and the staff were super lovely. Loved the stay here felt super luxurious.

As far as I can make out, this town is a suburb/area of Ninh Binh, less than a mile from the train station. It is probably the friendliest place I've ever been - I think I was "helloed" by just about everyone under 10 I saw. But the highlights are really in the surrounding countryside, so I would recommend planning for a few days out to see the nature reserves and participate in the activities. You don't need to travel far, and can get Grab taxis or bikes if you don't have your own transport.

After few days in hectic but great Hanoi, I thoroughly enjoyed Ninh Binh. I explored the area including the Trang An boat through the Halong Bay on land (it really is), cycling around the rice fields, visiting the Mua Cave (and going up the mountain), the hidden parts and cafes. It’s a slower pace place but this makes it special.

I had a wonderful experience at Lighthouse Hotel in Ninh Binh. The hotel is located in a convenient location, near markets and attractions, making transportation easy. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equipped with amenities. In particular, the receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist customers. The hotel also provides a private cooking area and dining table for guests, creating a feeling of home. The yard is spacious and airy, providing a relaxing space after days of exploration. I will definitely return to Lighthouse Hotel on my next trips to Ninh Binh.

Ninh Binh itself is an industrial city - the real...

Ninh Binh itself is an industrial city - the real attraction is Trang An. Get there early - 6:50am, choose Route 1, and prepare to be transported into another world. Pictures do not capture the other worldly atmosphere of the place - it really is something special.
