This stay started high and ended even higher. During the check in we received a complimentary lemonade with a variety of fresh fruit as well as a wet towel that was scented and couldn't come at a better time to wipe off the journey. To start with the room it was comfortable, clean, modern and most of all the sleep was blissful. The rooftop bar with the pool provided amazing views and delicious drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was excellent, as well as the atmosphere, which was chic and modern. BUT the most praise deserves the personnel, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, from packing a breakfast box with coffee as we were unable to attend some breakfast to providing a complimentary drink AND transport to the airport as unfortunately we had to cut our stay short.That kind of service makes this hotel one of the most enjoyable.

Everything was great from the time of booking till check out, the personal took excellent care of us, was very helpful even without asking for help, the room was very spacious and clean with gorgeous views and breakfast was great with multiple choices and even menu options included. Highly recommended to everyone, hotel has central location, all what you need to see and visit is walking distance and easy to access. Also very comfortable mattress.

when i first visited HCM city in 2017,i attracted by continental saigon hotel,love its colonial style design,that time no chance to stay,this year when i visited HCM city again,i had chance to stay here,but only one night,cuz the price a bit higher for me.i stayed at opera view room,this room you can see part of the opera house,another beautiful building in saigon.the room is quite big,with TV, fridge, seating place…the bathroom has a bathtub,but the bathroom not very big. they provide free drinks and toiletries. the hotel still keep its charms.i love its breakfast,in buffet style,many choice, and dining in a nice garden,very memorable experience. staffs just okay,not impressive,but only impressive with their cleaner,very helpful. they also have a restaurant and cafe,but no chance to have meal there,sigh! maybe one day will come again,and will stay longer,to enjoy the ambience here,maybe i will write a story here? just like what Graham Greene did during his stay,haha!

It was the best hotel which I eve visited. Very attentive personal, everybody speaks excellent English, excellent breakfast and fantastic dinner even with alcohol which included in hotel price. Very important thing for me is mattress, I am very sensitive if mattress don’t fit to my back, but that was ideal-firm, but at the same time with the soft layer on the top which allows your body fills magical. Very good Gym and swimming pool, there is Spa with dry sauna and wet sauna. I am traveling a lot and without any exaggeration will give the six stars to the hotel.

Ho Chi Minh City: An Energetic Assault on the Senses HCMC is... a lot. In a fascinating, exhausting, full-throttle kind of way. It’s not a relaxed vacation, but more of an experience. The energy is undeniable. The streets are a mesmerizing chaos of motorbikes—crossing the road feels like a mini adventure every time. The food is incredible, whether it’s a perfect bowl of pho from a plastic stool spot or a modern rooftop cocktail. The history, from the War Remnants Museum to the Cu Chi Tunnels, is heavy but important to see. That said, the heat and humidity are no joke—it hits you like a wall. The traffic noise and constant buzz can wear you down after a few days, and the tourist areas around Ben Thanh Market can feel overwhelmingly pushy. It’s a city of stark contrasts. You’ll see a gleaming skyscraper next to a worn colonial building, and a shiny café next to a street vendor grilling meat. It doesn’t always feel cohesive, but it’s never boring. Overall, I’m glad I went. It’s a vibrant, complicated place that makes you think and feel. I’d recommend it for a traveler looking for stimulation and culture, but maybe not for someone seeking a tranquil retreat. Pack your patience, comfortable shoes, and an appetite.
