This stay started high and ended even higher. During the check in we received a complimentary lemonade with a variety of fresh fruit as well as a wet towel that was scented and couldn't come at a better time to wipe off the journey. To start with the room it was comfortable, clean, modern and most of all the sleep was blissful. The rooftop bar with the pool provided amazing views and delicious drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was excellent, as well as the atmosphere, which was chic and modern. BUT the most praise deserves the personnel, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, from packing a breakfast box with coffee as we were unable to attend some breakfast to providing a complimentary drink AND transport to the airport as unfortunately we had to cut our stay short.That kind of service makes this hotel one of the most enjoyable.

The Mai House Saigon was our favorite hotel in Vietnam (and in South East Asia actually). The rooms are nice and classy, they provide luxury condiments and super-comfy large beds. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The location is great, you can reach all famous sights easly by walking. The restaurant is just extraordinary. Breakfast is an absolute feast with everything you could ask for. We also had the new years dinner which was just out of this world. Pure decadency.

Everything was just so nice! The owners made you feel right at home and were so friendly. Nice and modern room with a really nice and clean bathroom. The location was perfect and very central and the hotel was quiet and a little bit away from the road. Very good breakfast with a lot of different choices. A landmark right next to the Walking Street and affluent shops. My room was facing the street and for me a bit of noise was part of the charm considering the amazing view to the river, the promenade and watching the non-stop city life and traffic. The staff were excellent and truly polite. The room was spotless clean and huge and the breakfast was simply perfect

Amazing hotel, the staff is great, the Location very Central (you can walk easily to the main sightseeing sights). I would recommend taking the Lounge offer, you basically get free food and drinks in the evening and coffee and drinks all day long, besides amazing views from the Lounge terrasse on the 10th floor

experience the modern city with its Metro or explore the back streets and alleys which haven't changed much in 50 years. honest, friendly people. But as with any big city, beware of pirated goods, pickpockets, and scammers. Many historical sites in the city and south in the Mekong Delta. Truely the Pearl of the Orient.

Great escape from the bustling city of Saigon, only 1.5hrs traveling by motorbike ... Many historical sites to dive into, plenty of serene countryside rice fields & bumpy offroad trails to explore ... If seeking accommodations, be sure to check out Les Hameaux de l'Orient :)

Target was to visit the War Museum and Cu Chi Tunnels, target achieved. Both were very good, but touristy and busy. The war museum was very moving, all credit to the Viet Cong for resisting American aggression. The Tunnels would be best visited on a VIP private tour, rather than a somewhat rushed bus group.
