Unique property. We were upgraded from the rooms we booked. Exceptional value for money. They made us a western style breakfast although it wasn't on the menu.

The staff are incredible. They made us feel like family. Their cooking was delicious, they had a lovely masseuse onsite, and their Mekong River tour was phenomenal! The best 6 hours spent on a tour with the best tour guide.

I loved the garden , it's so beautiful. The staff is so helpful, I would definitely recommend the home stay if you'd like to relax and stay away from the city noise.

Quite expensive compared to other accommodations but still very worth it. Lovely little place, cute bungalows, very good food and great boattour in the morning. Martin organised us an affordable taxi for getting there and also for leaving, big plus!

In this part of city, best choice. Very close to floating market - up to 5mins. walking and at the end of Nguyen Viet Dung Street, (on left side at corner shop) you can rent the boat from old grandmather and her family. If you come by car or motorbike, the have nice garage.

The staff was very helpful and was always ready to make our stay comfortable. The manager was very professional and on his own initiative came with children's activities such as painting and drawing. This was just perfect for our children. The warmth of the staff was outstanding. The place was an oasis. Just beautiful and peaceful. The kids had fun with all the fishes that were in the water. Delicious food. We would definately like to come back.

The host family, Phoenix, Bosa and their son Hung made us feel very welcome. Phoenix' cooking is exceptional and we felt like we had a proper Vietnamese experience with the family. The food is the best we had in our 3 and a half week trip around Vietnam. The setting, with the hammocks overlooking the river was very relaxing. If you're looking for a relaxed, authentic experience, this is the place for you. Their three dogs and Elliot the duck helped keep our kids entertained.
