Everything was excellent! The hotel is very clean and tidy. It opened recently, so everything looks very modern. I loved the design of the lobby and the room. The lobby had a pool table, coffee, and tea. We even managed to do our laundry in the laundry room located on the first floor. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Charleston is an okay city.

Charleston is an okay city. While there we were freaked out by the homeless person statue that we passed by walking down the street. It was a bench with what appeared to be a homeless person laying on it covered up with a blanket. We thought it was a real person and it just about gave us heart attacks! Then there was a homeless lady who we could see from our hotel sleeping out on the street, it was single digit weather and she spent the night huddled up against a building. It was very sad.

The room was clean and in good condition.

The room was clean and in good condition. Albeit I personally have issues with the facility not applying earned discounts as expected, for most travelers this would not be an issue. As with most "free breakfasts" provided in motels, personally I would recommend going elsewhere for breakfast, time permitting.

I was just passing thru on my way back home from seeing my...

I was just passing thru on my way back home from seeing my son at Fort Bragg. We drove roughly 1600 miles to take my son his car and had dinner with him and headed back home. All we needed was somewhere to sleep a bit and head back out on the road. Didn’t realize it was gonna cost us over $250 for maybe 9 hours at most.

Perfect stopover place.

Perfect stopover place. Enroute from Myrtle Beach to Ontario we travelled for 10 hours and arrived at 6pm just before dark. A great find staying at the Microtel Inn and Suites! Close to I 79 this place was perfect! Clean, modern, had a decent breakfast. Walking distance to several restaurants. We trie Meaghers Irish pub and the food was excellent and prices very reasonable. Will stay here again!

Every staff member was so friendly.

Every staff member was so friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very, very impressed. We will be staying there from now on and will be telling our friends about our experience.

Easy access to hotel off dallas pike, close enough to Cabelas shopping mall with out the noise. The Hotel has the perfect mini mart selection of quick foods for late lunch or late dinner, and a wonderful breakfast buffett.

I was there just for an event.

I was there just for an event. The Josh Johnson Event was absolutely incredible. Charles Town is a nice place to visit. Beautiful landscape and history. Love driving pass so many wine vineyards and railroads.

The Hotel staff was friendly, the size of the room is big enough for me and my husband. The hotel room was clean. We did not go to the pool which I wished we had time. The breakfast was good although we did not have a big breakfast. We watched the other guests with family enjoy their waffles and such. The location was very convenient to stores. Overall it was a great experience staying at this hotel

This is my family's home from the 1800s, so will always love the beauty, the friendly people, Stewart's Hot Dogs, Jim's Spaghetti and Steakhouse, Ritter Park and the homes we've lived there- Perry St and beautiful country and cemeteries....old family home "out Waynee"...

I’m reference to Quality Inn response to my first review…

I’m reference to Quality Inn response to my first review… We did ask at the front desk and we were told that pillows and blankets were not available. I asked the gentleman to please check and his response was “I don’t need to, I know we don’t have anymore to give” Our room was over 80degrees when we arrived. Maintenance said the air wouldn’t come on because it was to old. I tried to open the windows and couldn’t because they were bolted shut 🤦🏻‍♀️
