I had a great night's sleep! I know that some have mentioned that it is near to the airport, but to be honest, I slept soundly. I was on the 2nd floor. On Friday evening, I think there was also a live show in the lobby (and I heard no sound from my room unless I went to the lobby). There were quite a few airline crews staying at the hotel, which I thought must support the statement about getting a good night's rest (since they work long hours). I loved how spacious the room was, the ability to make tea and the desk from which I could work, lots of outlets throughout the room to plug in both a phone and laptop, and the free shuttle (running every 15 minutes) to and from the airport. Oh, I also ordered food via Doordash one evening, and that worked out perfectly for me (I have a favourite place in Palo Alto I order from)

The place was close to the airport. It was super clean and restaurants are very close by. I had a stopover so stayed for 1 night. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Free shuttle to and from the airport as well.

The location definitely makes it 10. Very near from the airport and the shuttle bus they provide makes it more easier. The staff are so nice and helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is not much but not less as well.

The area of South San Francisco where the hotel is located...

The area of South San Francisco where the hotel is located is fine for taking lonely walks around what is essentially a business park, but there's not much to walk to. (There is a Starbucks and a few restaurants about 1/4 mi. to the north.) South San Francisco's downtown, which has a train station that takes you to the airport or downtown San Francisco francisco, contains restaurants open in the evening, is on the other side of the railroad tracks and a little hard to get to unless you're a jogger.

I love the location of the Dylan, very close to SFO

I love the location of the Dylan, very close to SFO Across the street from Cal Train and Bart Station! You are very close to Burlingame, Broadway Ave. Burlingame Ave. Great food and shopping. Closer to hotel there's a plaza with shopping the Best Deli Sandwiches, their bakery is top notch Little Cafe good food 15% off for staying at the Dylan . Try it you'll like it!!

We were double charged for the room.

We were double charged for the room. Did not state anywhere in my reservations that there was a 35.00 plus tax a day parking fee, such a scam for 3 miles away from the airport. Shuttle doesn’t run most of the day closed 930 am to 530 pm . We had a rental and we were pleased with it no connection to hotel . Manager on duty only refunded part of what they charged, and was billed 2 X for parking, better part of 75.00 bucks . No pool just the minimum amenities. Breakfast was descent.

I love RWC.

I love RWC. Close to SF, Half Moon Bay, hiking trails, Stanford, shopping and restaurants. My biggest complaint was there was a huge row in a nearby room that went on for hours in the middle of the night. No one from the hotel came to investigate. We were quite upset and shook. We almost called the police a few times. Ruined our time and I’m still upset. There was yelling, cursing, things banging - we had no idea we what may happen next. All the front desk said was sorry.

We rented a vehicle and visited friends and relatives in the area. There are lots of beaches and parks in Half Moon Bay. A quaint main street with shops and restaurants. Not far from San Francisco, about 40 minutes. Must visit Fitzgerald Park and Martin's Beach. Visit all these; Pillar Point beach and marina, Capitola, Santa Cruz

This hotel was great in every way: clean & modern, spacious suites with large bathroom, comfortable bed & triple sheeting linen. Wonderful fitness center and free hot breakfast. They even have 8 EV charging stations. Perfect value for any type of traveler.

Staff was very helpful. Online advance checkin made the in person part of the process quite fast. The location is great for my family visit. I have been getting upgrades to oceanview rooms (my 3rd stay here). There is an in room mini fridge and a coffee maker. There is a shared small microwave near the elevator. On my first visit, I fell in the shower because the floor was slippery and I never like the feel of the reusable rubber mats. Now there is a fixed anti-slip pad on the tub floor which is much more secure for showering. Although there are less expensive alternatives, I like the view, ample covered parking, and the ambiance here. Aside from the coffee maker, there is no included breakfast, which would be a welcome addition. There are some walkable coffee shops however.

Although it appears near the airport, there isn’t much around the hotel (nice shoreline walking path nearby though). Hotel is in a business park and not served by a shuttle. I tried to find a grocery store and it was in a sketchy neighborhood and industrial area that I kept driving on!
