We stayed here for eight nights and loved it. The location, the cleanliness, the convenience and the staff. Rooms are a great size, bed is comfortable, and we loved the breakfast!! Hot coffee and tea offered in the lobby all day was also a nice bonus, as was the swimming pool. The staff was great, but there are a few that stood out: Alicia and Liz were both so friendly and professional. The STAR of the show goes to Barnabas!! This guy was super impressive from the day we arrived until our check-out. Holiday Inn Express Management....you're lucky to have him on your team. To see someone of this generation be professional, and take this much pride and care in his work, is impressive. We definitely recommend this hotel and would, without a doubt, return. Thank you!

This was my first stay at a Drury hotel, and I just loved it. Top-notch service, shuttle, beautiful room, with great layout, very clean, awesome kickback hour, pool, hot tub, popcorn, and fitness center. Very quiet too. Everything is thought of for your comfort.

Beautiful views of the sunset in the morning. It was clean and fully stocked. The staff were super friendly! Especially the man who helped us find somewhere to hike (I’ve forgotten his name but thank you so much!) Food selection for breakfast was lovely, and the gym was always clean as well. Staff always greeted you in the day and the night. I honestly would love to stay here again just because of how hospitable everyone was. I wish I took more photos of the room, but it was 100% accurate to website photos!

I made a reservation for three people but when we went to the room we were given, we were surprised to see that there was only one bed prepared for two people. So we return to the reception and the young lady at the front desk quickly gave us an upgrade. Although her reaction was strange at first, since she didn't even apologize, in the end we had a great room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a wonderful balcony from which we could see the pool. We really enjoyed the pool and garden ambiance, the breakfasts in this environment (although I think the breakfast would have to be much better), and had a wonderful time. We wish we could come back one day!

Spacious 1 bedroom condo, very clean, quiet, room with golf course view. Staff are very friendly. Parking could be a problem if you’re in a building far away from the main office, they do have shuttles to drive you to your building though. I asked for a hot plate & I got an electric frypan & that’s adequate. I’ll stay here again next time I’m back in Scottsdale

In late-fall/winter the climate is perfect, though too hot in mid-summer. The city is mostly pristine, apart from the areas just north of the airport. There are plenty of upscale properties in the Paradise Valley area and on the foothills of the mountains. There are some beautiful easy and challenging hiking trails in the camelback mountains. The Parago Park public area is lovely with the added treat of the hole in the rock where you get great views of the city and surrounding areas and can take some memorable photos. The Celebrity Theatre is a wonderful venue for a concert. My feeling is that you wouldn't want to spend more than a few days if you want to visit attractions, but in the late-fall/winter this is a great place to relax if you have a pool with views of the mountains.

We love Scottsdale! The location was great! I would suggest to rent a car and not just uber everywhere! The hiking is amazing, we have done Echo, cholla, and freedom trail! Restaurants we tried, the Henry, Ocean 44, Toca Madera, and Maestros!

First time in Tempe.

First time in Tempe. City was very hot but manageable because there is no humidity. Clean city, at least the parts I saw. College town with resort casinos nearby. Lots of opportunities for fun and adventure. All the restaurants seem to have lively business but there is some lack of variety of cuisine. Will likely be back.

Mesa is a Growing city with a lot of modern Hotels and Restaurants. I was there for a Graduation, so I didn't go to any attractions the city had to offer, but the area I where I was , was well maintained and had a great choice of Restaurants; Macayo's for dinner and BJ's Brewhouse for drinks.

Hotel room was filthy see attached pictures. Stains on sheets and comforter, a/c unit full of dust, stains on chair, numerous stains on carpet, dirty bathroom. Room smelled soo musty. Sadly we had to stay due to it being a holiday weekend and everything was booked. There was a plunger sitting in the hallway my entire stay. I got locked out of my room 3 times. Once at 4:30am. I waited almost an hour and no one was at the front desk. See attached images. I even tried calling multiple times. My sister ended up leaving her friends to unlock with her room key. Check out states 11am. Had them banging on my door at 10:30am When I didn’t answer they attempted to force entry again at 10:45am…

When I arrived, around 10 pm, the room was not cleaned after the last guest. The bathroom was dirty, with no towels or other amenities. Only a bed and a closet. No table to put your phone or keys, or purse. No top sheet either, only bottom sheet and some kind of blanket, which I doubt is washed after every customer. I wanted to leave but was late, and I was very tired after driving from California. Second, I already paid for 3 nights. There should be nice and fresh towels on my bed. I do not need to ask for them. The bathtub was a disaster, very dirty,  and there was only warm water. From desperation for take a shower, I get in with my shoes (don't want to catch any fungus!) and take a shower with in the berly warm water. I used my T-shirt to dry myself.  After all called the owner, Fernando, and asked about towels; he said in the closet in the hall. The next day arrive my friend She said she had never seen something like that. There come 2 other guests came, and they did not like it and they tried to leave, but in the last moment were no hotels available.  next day the house was cleaned, but not the room I stayed in. I went there only to sleep, wake up early, and come back late. I travel a lot and stay in many different places, but this place was the worst. I booked the place because a couple of reviews were so wonderful. FAKE! The area is terrible for gangsters. My friend was afraid to get out of her car. There is no coffee, no cubs, no utensils. There is a fridge and a microwave only. One chair to sit. Windows were covered with some very wrinkly drapes, which were attached with nails.  For $ 57 a night (with tax), the Motel 6 is much better, especially since some of them are decent. We stayed because we came for some business and were too busy to look for or move to another place. The plus was that the bed was new and comfortable for my back.

I thought Goodyear was a very nice area to visit. The scenery is beautiful. I was there for Reds Spring Training Games. There is quite a bit of traffic in Goodyear. I-10 is always very busy and gets backed up a certain times of the day. I was only there for 5 days but could have stayed longer - didn't get to see everything but I would highly recommend this area.

The front desk staff was helpful, but the check in process...

The front desk staff was helpful, but the check in process took longer than it should have. That seemed like a system issue to me. The room was spartan at best. The table was wobbly and I would have expected at least some utensils given it is an extended stay facility. I wouldn't recommend it for a business traveler.

Anybody wondering about Avondale let me fill you in Avondale is a fantastic town with great amenities in and everything that you could want the streets are clean the traffic well traffic is traffic but the other drivers on the road are pretty friendly even in bumper bumper to bumper they're a fantastic places to eat excellent car washes in the city is well maintained and well kept

It appears to be an up-and coming area with a lot of newly-built or in-progress properties. Nice wide roads and not a lot of traffic congestion. Great views of the mountains when driving around town. It definitely is a car driver's town. I am not knowledgeable as regards public transportation. The area I was in had convenience stores, a local brew-pub, gas stations, hotels, and other businesses. There were a lot of new residential areas withing a couple of miles. Just a short drive away is the Salt River, and also a lake (which I didn't get a chance to check out). I did a small group tour of the Grand Canyon/Sedona through Detours (ask for Mark L.) and kayaked the Salt River. Both excursions were enough to make me want to buy a house and stay there!! Note: Gilbert is a suburb of Phoenix, but is not close enough if you plan to spend a lot of time in the city. But it is great for those that want to hit the trail!!
