This hotel is very good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location very good. Rooms large and with all necessities. Buffet breakfast, from 1730 till 1900 buffet food with drinks and vouchers for alcohol. This is all free of charge. Transportation to and from the parks free running throughout the day.. The property was very comfortable and spacious. The beds are fantastic. My family stayed for a week and it was a great location to come back after visiting the Disney Parks. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a theme park shuttle that operates daily. Once, the shuttle did not show and the hotel reimbursed us the cost of an Uber. The water parks are clean and a good way to relax and unwind. There is also an amusement lounge and mini golf on site. The gym is a bit better than basic and contains a mixture of machines and free weights. You can choose a room option with kitchenette, washer and dryer. Starbucks is available from the shop near the lobby.

We were in Americana building 6. Loved that it was a short walk outside to the pool area with the lazy river. Resort was easy to navigate. Never had to wait long for a bus to the parks. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

My room smelled a bit moldy, but besides that it seemed clean, with great accommodations. The staff was helpful and the spa was exceptional. Overall, I would rate this property a 4/5 having mid to above average accommodations.

We are from Jacksonville, FL so only a 2hr drive away. We just came in for a weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Downtown Orlando is a great place be! Lots of dining and bar options in the area. Thai Cafe was AMAZING Thai food. Authentic cuisine and top notch staff!! Rock springs is only a 30, maybe 40 minute drive away but is more than worth checking out! The new Coastal Blue Burrito restaurant only 6 minutes away was also a great lunch gem we found and loved. Great food, great service with a smile! We will definitely be back. And would love to again stay at the Crowne Plaza Downtown and take more advantage of the free shuttle service. That was really a great touch!!

Perfect family villa, we very comfortably had 5 adults, 7 and 2 year old. We loved all the rooms, space a facilities, everything was perfect. Lovely pool and view. The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly, we did some walks and jogs to the play park. 24/7 security driving round. The management company are also very friendly and helpful. I think its about a 20min drive to ihop, walmart, target etc outlets and idrive. There is a 711 2mins away. We would love to go back. Cicis pizza was good. Also recommend a ride to siesta key beach.

We were happy with everything during our over night stay.

We were happy with everything during our over night stay. Our room was perfect for husband's disability, the folks at the desk were courteous and helpful and the breakfast was five star. Can't think of anything that could have been better- I will definitely stay here again.

The weather was hot, probably the hottest of the year.

The weather was hot, probably the hottest of the year. But restaurants were great, plenty of different choices and prices. Sunsets and nature were great, and plenty of shopping, antiques and artsy and we caught an opening night theater that was packed and delightful.

Clermont it’s wonderful. The hotel was terrible. The room smelled like roach bombs glad I brought socks because I did not want my feet on the floor. Very very noisy would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was everything we hoped for—comfortable, easy to get to, and had a real "home away from home" feel. The quiet neighborhood was a plus, and the backyard pool was a big hit with the kids. While the location wasn’t super close to parks and activities, the quality of the home and the host's quick, helpful communication more than made up for it. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

I liked the rooms alot my husband and I were able to relax in a clean quiet room. So we're grateful for that. We did wish there was more of a maybe a healthier variety of food options: more fruit variations and non-dairy milk options.

Kissimmee is a nice area , just like everywhere it has its areas you have to be careful. Traffic is bad but it is a tourist area so expect that. Most people are very nice and helpful you do have some that act like they hate tourist. Overall I would recommend this area, the hotels are reasonable in price and most don’t charge a parking fee which I like and think it’s stupid when they do. You will enjoy Kissimmee , every place has its ups and downs but overall it’s more on the ups.

Everything about the stay was good. The staff was excellent. The lady who was there 8/9-10/2025 doing the omelettes was so pleasant to my son. She made a dolphin out of a banana for him. He was so happy from the appreciation he actually cried and hoped to see her again.
