Very new and modern. Surprised by the sizeable refrigerator and kitchenette (even a dishwasher!). Would have preferred disposable cups (couple of the coffee mugs were questionable). If I was staying more than 1 night, I would have run everything through the dishwasher before using.

Florence is a busy place.

Florence is a busy place. We chose it because it was in between Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and easy to get back on highway to head home. There is so much to do in the area, but it was over 90 degrees the day we arrived and the next day that we didn't get around to the Stringtown Park which was what I had planned for the first day we arrived. We could have stayed another week and not covered all there is to do in the area - if you want to deal with 71/75 and Cincinnati traffic.

Very close to airport and short 30 min drive to The Ark...

Very close to airport and short 30 min drive to The Ark Experience which was breathtaking. We are returning between Day after Thanksgiving to end of year for Christmas lights display. This hotel was a good deal. Amazing local place to eat, a must dining experience to go to is at Greyhound Tavern. You won't regret doing all these things.

The room smelled cleaned but the refrigerator had spots and should have been cleaned. The bathroom sink was cracked and should have been fixed. Overall the view was nice but I will not pay 256.00 dollars for that kind of room.

The place was awesome. Everything was super clean. Staff was friendly and courteous, and the breakfast area and selections were great. The lady that was taking care of the breakfast area did a great job and was very attentive to everyone's needs. We were visiting the Ark Encounter and this hotel was really close to it, under 5 miles.

We loved the area and stay once or twice a year.

We loved the area and stay once or twice a year. It is our half way point when traveling with little kids. Lots to do in the area. We have gone to the Newport Aquarium and the Cincinnati Zoo in the past years and we're excited to see what else we can do as our kids grow up. We also ate at La Mexicana on Monmouth St, the food was amazing, staff was super nice!!

Williamstown is nice and “countrified” in the day, but too...

Williamstown is nice and “countrified” in the day, but too dark to travel around at night!!! I think the city would benefit from some type of solar powered motion activated street lights that when approaching vehicles move through those areas the street lights in those areas remain on for a few minutes before they go off…. The restaurant we stopped at was friendly and the food j& services were great!

The breakfast was good. The location was convenient. The first bed was worn and rolled us toward the center. The second bed was better. The hotel is beginning to show its usage. I can still recommend this hotel.

The location is easy to get to from 275 but beware Google...

The location is easy to get to from 275 but beware Google maps - for some reason it did not want you to make a left turn into the Hotel and wanted you to pass it and do a U-turn and make a right turn, but there is no reason to not make a left in, not a safety issue. Maybe traffic pattern changed. No restaurant super close, you do have to venture out on highway. It is about 10-15 min from Newport or Cincinnati. It would have been helpful to know more about Wilder itself or had a local map, it seemed like the hotel was sort of just its own area off the road and not tied to a town, it is isolated. Certainly cannot walk anywhere other than adjacent Holiday Inn.

If you value your sanity and self respect then stay as far...

If you value your sanity and self respect then stay as far away from this hotel as you can possibly get. This place goes beyond a hotel hell. Don't let the cheap and affordable price lull you into a feeling of assurance because your property will disappear, the staff is exceptionally rude and are experts at scamming unsuspecting guests, and the hotel is constantly noisy day or night and that is any time of the day or night so don't bother trying to sleep and if you try to complain, your complaint goes without a suitable resolution because obviously they are not concerned with the comfort of their guests and that explains the high turnover that they have.

We didn't hang out to much in Carrollton, KY, but it seems like a friendly small town what you might expected. The people are friendly and there seems to be a few activities we did compared to a bunch you can do. At least what I seen online.
