GREAT Hotel, GREAT Services. I have to mention Johnoy a Bell man. He was so helpful, always friendly, gave info about some tours and some not to miss views. Nice Clean Rooms, modern showers. Well its what you expect from a Grand Hotel, but we all knew that the time of those Hotels are gone, and most of them are just a sad reminder of what a Hotel once was. Not here. We ask for an inside room (View on the Pool, little Balcony) , because you are in the middle of Bourbon Street and there is Party going up to 4 in the morning. I read some comments here about the noise. Yes , but what do you expect , wanting a room on the Party Mile of New Orleans, IN MIDDLE of the Party? You certainly can watch the party from your balcony, but for that reason, we opt for a Backroom. It was Quiet. we could even sleep with the balcony door open, (Yes we Europeans like to let fresh air in, not just AC) The Valet Parking was quick and friendly, no stress at all. Nice. the Jazz Bar was nice to, a trio performed some songs live. pleasure to sit there, sip our drinks and listen to easy jazz. If possible we will return. We had a 3 night stay.

We were travelling from San Antonio to New Orleans, and we stopped here for the night instead of going to a motel. The place is clean; the room is big and they have restaurants inside their casino opened until 11pm

The hotel is exceptionnal, very well maintained, very clean. We especially appreciated all the good tips about staying in New Orleans, where to eat, how to get around from the staff at the reception

Everything was lovely! The room was a good size and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The location was central to everything and made sightseeing a breeze.

Good value for the money. I had eye surgery and it was great because i didnt have to leave the place to have great dining options.

Staff were amazing and accommodating, although we arrived early they still managed to provide a room for us.

The hotel has a nice reception, friendly staff and a laundry service which is convenient.

It was convienient to the fishing. It was clean. Check in was easy.
