I honestly don't know why this hotel's average rating is 6.5. They are very good. The hotel is simple but very clean and tidy. The service is excellent. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport that is super fast. There is coffee available in the lobby from 4 am, which is great because we leave early for activities in Oahu. The hotel has free parking. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. I read that many people complained about the noise from a nearby construction project, which is now over and that it will greatly increase the value of stays there because there is a monarail leaving the airport for Waikiki and it stops right around the corner from the hotel. Excellent! I will be back many times!

The views from the room are incredible with floor to ceiling windows with a view of the harbour. The hotel is very clean and tidy and you are given re usable water bottles on check in that you can refill around the hotel with fresh cold water. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that does the best cookies too! The hotel is at the quieter end of waikiki beach but just across the road from the shopping center and magic island!

I loved everything!!!! Loved all the details in the hotel, I would truly recommend staying here if you go to Honolulú, it’s super comfortable and you can get to any places easily

Room is great, has a small kitchenette which I found useful and table big enough to work on. Bar area is lovely, too and staff at the reception was kind and helpful with advice

This hotel was fabulous. Every single person from check in to housekeeping to valet went above and beyond and made our once in a lifetime trip unforgettable. Mahalo

We loved the old school charm of this 1960’ apartment hotel. Superbly well kept, immaculate everywhere. Perfect location.

Location on the water was beautiful. They had outdoor games and fireppits in evening. Lovely.
