The staff was very helpful. I left a package in the room and Kaylen phoned me. We were already on the road and I didn’t check my messages till later, so didn’t find out that I left my package until we were 3 driving hours away. Kalen organized to have my package shipped home to me. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that Kalen was able to do all this.

The staff were very helpful in resolving a mix-up with the booking. We got a room organized quickly after rearranging some things. Aside from that the room was basic and nice. I could say the shower was better than expected with good pressure and temperature.

Great hotel, stayed here for 1 night, breakfast was delicious, the only remark was that there were no vegetables, I love breakfast with vegetables. Other than that, everything else is just excellent!

The bed and the linens were very comfortable. Room was clean and staff very accommodating. The entry to the room was shoveled nicely. There was a lot of snow and it was handled accordingly.
