I loved the staff at the reception, loved my room and the entire hotel. It is in an awesome area if you want to shop with family and the kids loved the animal sanctuary called flamingo gardens thats nearby as well.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The staybridge in Miami was not clean like this one. Breakfast buffet was okay. It's a short uber to the Hard Roak Cafe.

Free breakfast advertised. first day there...

Free breakfast advertised. first day there...Sunday, no toaster - no waffle batter - all juices "out of order" - nothing in the warmer - we had to leave at 8 - still no food. They had lots of bread - and some bagels. NO TOASTER. Garbage can overflowing by the coffee machine. Next day - nothing in the fridge except for a half gallon of milk-no yogurt, toaster was back - as was waffle batter - juices not back to operable until Wednesday. Wednesday - no plates other than 4" muffin plates - 3 of them together would hold the waffle I had for breakfast. Lobby where we were to eat - had an aromatherapy mister that made it impossible to stay and eat our breakfast. Had to eat in our room. No lids for the coffee. All small things maybe - but they add up to a miserable experience for breakfast. We were told that delivery of supplies was on tuesdays. Not sure how you can advertise a free breakfast - I'm assuming you are the busiest on weekends - if you are out of everything for then entire weekend. Pool was advertised as heated. Could not get in it it was so cold. These were 80+ degree days. I asked a maintenance man what the temp was of the pool, he said he wasn't allowed to tell me. hmm. Again - advertise a heated pool - should give us a heated pool.

Loved my stay here!

Loved my stay here! The free breakfast was delicious, the property was impeccably maintained, and the staff could not have been friendlier. — a perfect retreat after a long day. I would definitely stay again!

The room was full of bugs, they had to move us to another...

The room was full of bugs, they had to move us to another room. Our food was infested with flies in the room. there were ants in the kitchen. The pool closed 2 days after we got there so nothing to enjoy in the evening. It was terrible, I would not recommend or go back there again.

I like the fact that it was in a good location, but that’s it really. The staff need to be more attentive to customers needs and smile when they are serving customers. It looks unprofessional when staff are eating at the back while customers are waiting at the desk to be checked in.

We actually drove up from the keys and stayed 2 nights in Davie. Nice and close to the airport and not too far from the beach; our house located on canal which was peaceful with ducks on it ( not noisy amazingly). You can see the hard rock light from the gazebo here art night

Not the best experience.

Not the best experience. No wake up call and I had to catch a plane. No computer to print boarding passes. It cost me $50.00 at the airport to get them. If I knew that the hotel couldn't print them, I would have stayed at a different place. Defective faucets in kitchen and bath. Defective electrical outlet in bathroom. Unsafe shower (No hand rails. The one they had was falling off). Room was clean and good bed. Sparse breakfast, broken waffle maker. Would have been nice to have Ice water/lemon aid available when you arrive (It's Florida).

It was a sad experience the breakfast was poor. eggs everyday filled with water, No sausage, or sausage link, no croissants, no herbal tea. ridiculous. The maid did a poor job cleansing the rooms were never swept. Had to pick up a third towel everyday although I reminded them that it was three adults i the room. The beds are too small.

What’s that is a very nice place unfortunately you really need to speak Spanish to get along better. Most of the people not at my place but throughout the city are Spanish-speaking, which makes it very difficult for a non-Spanish-speaking person to communicate.

Compared to other Hampton Inn’s we have stayed at, the room was awful. It had a peculiar odor. It was not as clean as I expected. The tile had mildew and the tub wasn’t the cleanest. The water didn’t go right down the shower and the toilet seat was loose. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was also no makeup remover or lotion on the vanity. The breakfast was so/so. The TV was out because of a thunder storm, and in general if we had planned on staying in the room other than to sleep, we’d have left.

I did not like disposable dishes, at any time. Not good for the environment! The staff was always helpful. It was easy to get to the hotel, there is a shuttle to and from the airport, I did not make use of it because I needed to do some shopping. I forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff 🙄 As for the popular places to visit, I did not have the time and my visit was not for pleasure.
