It was my third time vising Orlando and my first time at this hotel - by far the best I have ever stayed at! I had a great vacation! Everything exceeded my expectations: the room (King Studio) was large enough, having every facility a studio should have; it was super clean, the air conditioning was easy to set up high or low; the poolside area is awesome; the breakfast very good; the staff went above and beyond to try to charge my phone before checking out (my charger adapter wasn't cooperating well with the outlet). If you are in need of some necessary things (even in the middle of the night), the hotel has a mini-store; you can buy detergent, sunscreen, snacks, microwavable soups and other foods, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, fruits, toys etc. The area has a Target across the street, a few very good restaurants, a Five Below... All in all, I had an awesome stay!

Our stay was exceptional! The hotel met all expectations — the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was good and perfectly catered on time. The infrastructure was excellent, and the location couldn't be better — close to everything and especially convenient for visiting all the Disney parks. The room was comfortable and functional, with plenty of closet space and a small kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays.

Diverse Sunshine State of Disney

The Sunshine State – Florida – has so much going for it that we hardly know where to begin! From Key West all the way to Jacksonville and Pensacola, this diverse state has magnificent beaches attracting beautiful people and exotic wildlife.

At its tip are the incredible Everglades, largely accessible only by air boat. East, Miami is known for its Latin American vibe and the Art Deco buildings of glamorous Miami Beach. Fort Lauderdale is nicknamed ‘Venice of America', while Palm Beach hosts the annual SunFest music festival. Panama City is a favourite Florida spring break destination, and Tampa has popular party spot Ybor City and Busch Gardens, one of many Florida theme parks.

The most famous are of course Walt Disney World, Epcot, SeaWorld and Universal Studios Florida. Orlando and neighbours Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista house a wealth of Florida hotels near Disney parks. So many things to do for all ages but with so little time...

So many things to do for all ages but with so little time and would recommend capturing every moment as much as possible. Friendly, approachable and welcoming people everywhere. A variety of restaurants to choose from to eat. Different attractions to try in and outside theme parks. City buses is super cheap, though inconsistent in scheduled times. But just keep waiting and it will come eventually.

Miami has something for everyone!

Miami has something for everyone! We love the Jewish Museum on Washington Street. Love the beach access, even if you stay a couple blocks off Ocean Blvd, it is an easy trek to sand! There was, however, a ton of seaweed at the beach this year (early Nov) so that was kind of not great. The art deco buildings are so beautiful and there are so many! Lots of tours you can do to get the history a truly appreciate the history of this style of architecture. They have duck tours - so much fun, on land and in the bay!!! There is a free trolley that runs the full length of Washington and also goes all the way to North Miami Beach. So many great restaurants for Cuban, Italian, Mexican food and of course seafood! You can get a ride to Bayside where you can enjoy an entirely different vibe - again with tons of boating opportunities and restaurants and bars. Do Miami!!!!

We walked a lot and loved the walkways which were also safe. the properties and the environement were also amazing. the weather was also great.

Tampa was wonderful....very clean and fresh. I used Get My Guide for a tour of the city. Jerome was an excellent tour guide, plus I was picked up at my hotel. I stayed at the Barrymore Hotel on the Riverwalk. It has a fantastic location right on the riverwalk providing activities to venture to in either direction. The hotel also provides a free shuttle with a 2 mile radius, as well as a free shuttle to the cruise terminal! I used the free shuttle to Ybor City and Ulele restaurant (delicious food and ambiance),. Columbia Restaurant is a famous gem of Spanish Restaurants and a definite place to have lunch or dinner. I used the free trolley to tour around different areas in the city. My one draw back was the ferry to St. Petersburg was not working. That information should have been provided on their website, so I didn't have to find out after arriving at the ferry terminal departure point and having to rearrange my entire day's activities. The Christmas decorations on the river were very enjoyable on my evening walks!

Kissimmee is a nice area , just like everywhere it has its areas you have to be careful. Traffic is bad but it is a tourist area so expect that. Most people are very nice and helpful you do have some that act like they hate tourist. Overall I would recommend this area, the hotels are reasonable in price and most don’t charge a parking fee which I like and think it’s stupid when they do. You will enjoy Kissimmee , every place has its ups and downs but overall it’s more on the ups.

This historical nugget is one of the best kept secrets in the state. I grew up in Florida but never made it to St Augustine until about 4 months ago. Of course, now it's a family favorite - my husband dropped a surprise on me this past Saturday and insisted we drive up for a quick stay. It did not disappoint! This time we shot over to Vilano Brach for some intracoastal activities. Lovely spot

Simonton Court made all the difference, excellent service, great location and very comfortable just to sit around and enjoy. Next would be the restaurants that we visited were very good and all the staff were very friendly.

We have stayed at this motel many times in the past. We love the location, but this stay wasn’t really a vacation, just somewhere to sleep after Thanksgiving dinner with our family in Hollywood. Which was a good thing… it was too cold and rainy to go to the beach!
