The property was very comfortable and spacious. The beds are fantastic. My family stayed for a week and it was a great location to come back after visiting the Disney Parks. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a theme park shuttle that operates daily. Once, the shuttle did not show and the hotel reimbursed us the cost of an Uber. The water parks are clean and a good way to relax and unwind. There is also an amusement lounge and mini golf on site. The gym is a bit better than basic and contains a mixture of machines and free weights. You can choose a room option with kitchenette, washer and dryer. Starbucks is available from the shop near the lobby.

pool area is very good ,rooms are a good size, plenty of parking early park admission saving plenty of time queuing
Excellent transport to the universal parks with very good staff at the bus stops especially a Christopher Hicks who offered great advice regarding the parks /shows etc

Loved the style and cleanliness of the rooms and resort as a whole, and the variety of restaurant options was so nice to have. Loved the staff! Everyone was so helpful and on it. I loved how family friendly the resort was
