This hotel is very good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location very good. Rooms large and with all necessities. Buffet breakfast, from 1730 till 1900 buffet food with drinks and vouchers for alcohol. This is all free of charge. Transportation to and from the parks free running throughout the day.. Laundry room also available. Large pool open till 2300 hrs

The hotel is very conveniently located between Bradenton and the beautiful Anna Maria Island. It has two family friendly restaurants with great food. From the terrace of restaurant Floridays we saw dolphins plays in the water. Our room was on the port side, which gave us the most beautiful sunrise & sunset views. Our kids loved the salt water pool. The pool is also big enough to do some exercise swimming and has enough chairs and sun beds. There is a bar service at the pool. Breakfast is compliment and amazing!

Diverse Sunshine State of Disney

The Sunshine State – Florida – has so much going for it that we hardly know where to begin! From Key West all the way to Jacksonville and Pensacola, this diverse state has magnificent beaches attracting beautiful people and exotic wildlife.

At its tip are the incredible Everglades, largely accessible only by air boat. East, Miami is known for its Latin American vibe and the Art Deco buildings of glamorous Miami Beach. Fort Lauderdale is nicknamed ‘Venice of America', while Palm Beach hosts the annual SunFest music festival. Panama City is a favourite Florida spring break destination, and Tampa has popular party spot Ybor City and Busch Gardens, one of many Florida theme parks.

The most famous are of course Walt Disney World, Epcot, SeaWorld and Universal Studios Florida. Orlando and neighbours Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista house a wealth of Florida hotels near Disney parks. South-west in Winter Haven is Cypress Gardens, while to the east is the Kennedy Space Centre, on an island by Cape Canaveral.

The property was very comfortable and spacious. The beds are fantastic. My family stayed for a week and it was a great location to come back after visiting the Disney Parks. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a theme park shuttle that operates daily. Once, the shuttle did not show and the hotel reimbursed us the cost of an Uber. The water parks are clean and a good way to relax and unwind. There is also an amusement lounge and mini golf on site. The gym is a bit better than basic and contains a mixture of machines and free weights. You can choose a room option with kitchenette, washer and dryer. Starbucks is available from the shop near the lobby.

Not many buildings look pretty in pink, but the Don Cesar has to be that exact color! We had a beautiful room on the 7th floor with a view of the pool and sea. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the staff was always very friendly and helpful.The most beautiful thing for us was the direct transition from the pool area to the sea and especially the wide beach that invites you to take a walk.The sea is very clean for swimming and and the beach with its bird life is just wonderful. Maybe the most beautiful hotel on the most beautiful beach in Florida?

Perfect for a family getaway while in the Keys during low season (we can imagine how crowded this must get), conveniently located mid-way if you consider taking a break before Key West or going back to Miami- the unit that we were staying at was fully renovated and facing the water, away from the main resort building- which allowed us to see beautiful sunsets in a perfectly quiet environment as well as conveniently located walking distance from one of the restaurant and the kids pool.

We are from Jacksonville, FL so only a 2hr drive away. We just came in for a weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Downtown Orlando is a great place be! Lots of dining and bar options in the area. Thai Cafe was AMAZING Thai food. Authentic cuisine and top notch staff!! Rock springs is only a 30, maybe 40 minute drive away but is more than worth checking out! The new Coastal Blue Burrito restaurant only 6 minutes away was also a great lunch gem we found and loved. Great food, great service with a smile! We will definitely be back. And would love to again stay at the Crowne Plaza Downtown and take more advantage of the free shuttle service. That was really a great touch!!

Buzzing city, Little Havana is well worth a visit.

Buzzing city, Little Havana is well worth a visit. As we only had one full day we only visited Little Havana and downtown Miami. Would have done more. Not the easiest city to get around as public transport isn’t great.

Miami Beach is a lively, walkable, fun place to be. Plenty of things to do (clubs, bars, restaurants, shopping, and of course, the beach. It is also accessible to many other Miami Beach attractions.

The beach was great and the yatches and boats were amazing.

The beach was great and the yatches and boats were amazing. I liked the fact that we could get close views of the boats and yatches freely without any prohibition. We walked a lot and loved the walkways which were also safe. the properties and the environement were also amazing. the weather was also great.

Swimming pool and café bar wonderful staff at bar: reception: and entrance were great and helpful Negatives Lift not working Lights on stairs and hallways not working works going on very noisy laundry not working wires and building equipment everywhere agent doesn’t answer phone poor response very negative it’s easier to say no than try and help Only postcode given in advance we weren’t sure whether we were in the right place entrance staff helpful Asked for early check-in late checkout can’t do in advance ask on the day asked on the day of checkout can’t change things at the last minute would get back to us never did The apartment itself is nice and has everything you want, but it’s let down by the agent Th there isn’t a lot to do in the area you need a car If I’m paying over $200 a night, I expect things to be working

Perfect family villa, we very comfortably had 5 adults, 7 and 2 year old. We loved all the rooms, space a facilities, everything was perfect. Lovely pool and view. The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly, we did some walks and jogs to the play park. 24/7 security driving round. The management company are also very friendly and helpful. I think its about a 20min drive to ihop, walmart, target etc outlets and idrive. There is a 711 2mins away. We would love to go back. Cicis pizza was good. Also recommend a ride to siesta key beach.

I enjoy going to St Augustine, the weather was bad my granddaughter got sick, I lost money on the pirate tour and a night at the hotel because we had to leave early. I think next time I wouldn't book tours unless I'm 100% we are going to go and the weather permits. We stayed at Edgewater Inn which was a really cute hotel right on the intercoastal

Simonton Court made all the difference, excellent service, great location and very comfortable just to sit around and enjoy. Next would be the restaurants that we visited were very good and all the staff were very friendly.

We have stayed at this motel many times in the past.

We have stayed at this motel many times in the past. We love the location, but this stay wasn’t really a vacation, just somewhere to sleep after Thanksgiving dinner with our family in Hollywood. Which was a good thing… it was too cold and rainy to go to the beach!
