I did so much research before my family vacation and from inception Grove stood out and I must say it was exceptional. Comparatively, I spent my first night at StayBridge suites and last night before returning at Avanti Palms, and neither of them were impressive. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was so comfy. the rooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. The beds were soft and the kitchen was perfect. It had all the utensils but the best part was the washer and dryer which was really convenient. There was daily replacement of towels and emptying of garbage bins and since we stayed almost two weeks, there was complete cleaning after a few days. The balcony had an amazing view of the water park. Overall, I would stay here again just for the amenities, peace, quiet and excellent customer service. The entire place was warm and welcoming. They had multiple pools plus a jacuzzi. The kids loved the splash area and the lazy river. Highly recommended!

The bed was the best bed I had slept in my whole stay in Orlando and we only stayed for one night in the Hard Rock Hotel. The cover was super soft, warm and comfortable, the pillow was just right and the temperature in the room allowed for shorts and shirts only. The room was perfectly clean and there was free coffee for in the morning. The pool was absolutely gorgeous at night and if you wanted to eat by the pool, you had the option of doing so, going for a swim while they prepped your meal and the server would call you once it was ready. Obviously the location was perfect for going to Universal. If you want to go to Universal, you just have to stay overnight in the Hard Rock Hotel! I wish we would have stayed an extra night, because I did not get to enjoy the amazing ambiance and collection of the Hard Rock Hotel to the extent I would have liked.

It was a great place to stay. People were very friendly, the kids loved the pool! Did not have a lot of time to partake of the other amenities, pickle ball and tennis. I have stayed there before, and the room was fine. We had requested adjoining rooms, which were not available, but we did manage to be on the same floor. I personally found the beds to be a little hard.

Very good location and loved the room. Lots of space, and I loved the fact the pool facilities were nearby. I believe tower 6 is the best location because of the guest services right in the same building and includes a lot of the amenities nearby.

Orlando is always a go to for our family - So many things to...

Orlando is always a go to for our family - So many things to do and the city is clean. We have passes to Universal, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld and Aquatica. City Walk and Disney Springs have some good eats, but don't forget about the little places like Kbop Korean Street Food or the Peach Valley Cafe!

I had a very bad experience with Spirit cancelling my flight...

I had a very bad experience with Spirit cancelling my flight after being at the airport for over 14 hrs. then I booked a room with Booking.com and the hotel couldn't find the reservation so we had to book thru the hotel. I ended up asking Booking.com for a full refund but haven't heard anything back yet.

The location of our rental property was centrally located (...

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.

There is much more to Orlando than just the tourist parks.

There is much more to Orlando than just the tourist parks. Hire a car and explore other areas. Local transportation is good for getting around if you don't have a car. (The I-ride trolley or Lynx buses) You can dine out like you are visiting each countries specialities. Paying for goods etc is becoming contact less. Good to have a travel card or an account to use out of the UK, with no charges.

Personally, I am very easy to please, and Kissimmee was exactly what my family needed. The attractions are conveniently located. Aquatica water park was only a 20-minute drive, and SeaWorld was just in between. The Old Town House is adorable and caters to all types of people. My family truly enjoyed every moment of our trip.
