This converted mansion is charming, filled with light, art, plants, and beautiful furniture and details. The staff were welcoming and friendly and really seemed to love working in this special inn. The night we arrived there was live jazz in the outdoor patio bar in the garden - magical! Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We would love to come back, staying here was a special experience.

The undercover portico was very beneficial when our friend picked us up in her car. The included breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of space to put things in the bathroom. Having a filtered water fountain near the lifts for refilling water bottles is a great idea.

The GreyHaven is a wonderful place in Ithaca! This is a family run operation and they have renovated all the rooms! The outdoor facilities include Adirondack chairs around several fire pits and there's wood to start a fire too provided with the room. The attention of the owners was wonderful and I cannot express how accommodating they were. We went to Ithaca beer and the owner even offered to pick us up if necessary. Pick this "motel" for accommodations in Ithaca!!!!

We just loved our experience at Barrister's. We had a large well decorated room in a charming area. Very clean and quiet. The B&B is close to good restaurants (owners recommanded 84Fall which was exquisite). Ken and Diane just greet everyone as if you were family. They make sure you have everything you need. You feel at home. Ken is the creative breakfast Chef using mostly local quality products (he comments on origins of ingredients) with imagination. He should consider participating to Masterchef. Diane completes Ken perfectly as she serves us with a smiling professional touch. She makes sure every one is well taken care of and ponctuates the breakfast with interesting anecdotes. The two are very generous of their time and kind. This place is not just a B&B, it is a rich human and gastronomical experience. Thank you very much Diane and Ken !!

Ithaca is a beautiful, welcoming college town.

Ithaca is a beautiful, welcoming college town. Good places to eat, lots of outdoor activities, beautiful scenery. Visited the magical park that is Watkin's Glen, Highly recommend the Ithaca Farmer's Market, saw so many waterfalls and enjoyed some delicious wine at wineries and in restaurants carrying local wines.

Normally I would have stayed longer except the weather was terrible and we had to leave early to go home. Would have canceled if the forecast let us know how bad it got. Or if the cancellation policy was better. Plan on coming back Seneca falls but will not be staying at this hotel. Want to spend more time at Montezuma and at the women's Rights museum no

A small, quiet village, one of many. .

A small, quiet village, one of many. . You really need a car ( or horse and cart! ) if you want to get around all the lakes. We went to several wineries, and a cider house. There is a strong emphasis on " farm to table" in this community. My only regret is not managing to fit in a lake swim. There is an interesting Amish shop nearby, I wish we had visited it.

Love the openness of the people and the friendliness. So refreshing. Loved the locally sourced family restaurants, the diverse backgrounds, the focus on science, the arts and acceptance . Trying to convince my wife to move here from our red state.

Situated between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes In New York States Finger Lakes wine region, close proximity to the towns of Waterloo and Geneva to the west and Ithaca and Watkins Glen about 40 mins to the South. Nice mix of restaurants and nearby conveniences, churches. Etc, 50 minutes from Rochester Airport. Quiet town with a pulse on the weekend. Good base of operations for exploring the wine trail.

Interlaken is a gateway community to enjoy all that the Finger Lakes has to offer. Beautiful country side, historic university towns; over 100 wineries; lakes, hiking trails, water falls & conservation areas. Something for everyone to enjoy.

Cute walkable town surrounded by beautiful scenery. Vibrant community. Many wonderful options for food and drink. I recommend Mix and Revelry Yards. There is a beautiful little waterfall hiking trail at the edge of town. The farmer's market was an impressive collection of produce, prepared foods, and artisanal goods. There is a huge park with paths, a playground, and kayak rentals. Ithica is a great starting point if you want to visit the many wineries on Cayuga Lake.

Good value for what you pay.Clean.No daily housekeeping but can get fresh towels.we just stayed 2 nights so not sure if they do housekeeping on day 3.DEcent snack machine, soda machine.Cold free breakfast. Stayed here for fishing trips on lake Ontario worth the 40 minute drive to sodus point,.

Various attractions for all budgets and taste, from National state parks with walking trails to numerous vineyards to visit. We found that many couples return at least twice a year. Beautiful scenery and great food and wines. We stayed at Glass Magnolias Bed and Breakfast and the hosts there gave us wonderful places to visit based on our preferences.
