Location is great. If you want to go anywhere in New Jersey or New York, it is a convenient location. A medium size hotel so easy to reach to room and other facilities. Vending machines and restaurant are just near the entrance and I found it very convenient to use. Rooms are spacious and clean. All the necessary facilities are provided and in good condition. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They go beyond their duties to help or guide you. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Overall worth of value.

All the good things you’d expect from a Hilton - staff welcoming and helpful. Room very comfortable (and excellent view of the New York skyline - extra for that though). Breakfast buffet or a la carte so that was good too, as were the choices.

Don’t stay in New Jersey to save money , if you are visiting New York ( Manhattan ) you will end up paying a lot for transportation. Add that money and stay in city center .you can save money and energy

Really clean, friendly staff, valet parking is a nice bonus. The breakfast can be a bit diverse, but overall our family enjoyed our stay here. Good transportation options to Manhattan (167 route is a 20 min drive)

Mahwah oh is a great area, I used to live in that area. So I only have good things to say about the town. Plus, it’s very close to a lot of things, including New York City and the mountains. And the Ramapo Valley area is just beautiful. Oh, we ate at the Mahwah bar and Grill and it was fantastic. Good prices and good food. Ok

It’s a very busy hotel.

It’s a very busy hotel. Many airline pilots as well as group functions. The hotel is kept immaculate inside and out. Use Booking.com for reservations for better rates. Hilton Honors Membership needs an overhaul. Booking.com I learned is A MUST USE!!!

Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. For the price, the room was old and outdated. Front desk was friendly and courteous. My main complaint was that a lot of people wearing red T-shirts whom I assume were the maintenance staff were on their cell phones and taking up all the seats and space in the main lobby. It was most unattractive. They should have been in a maintenance area. They were dropped off 10 to a van at the front entrance. Not very becoming. They should have entered via the service entrance in the rear. Good hotels do not allow the maintenance workers to sit and mull around in the main lobby. Find another hotel.

Traffic can be heavy, even in the early hours, but a great location for anyone traveling by bus or car to local areas and popular cities. Anyone on foot will be able to find plenty to do and eat as well. Lots of shopping in a picturesque community.

A very nice, safe town.

A very nice, safe town. There were many families and groups of people going out for dinner, shopping and the like. There are many coffee shops that are delicious and have nice ambiance. There are grocery stores that are amazing, big, beautiful, clean and great products and prices. There are plenty of things to do, being very close to NYC, Met Life Stadium and malls and movie theaters. There are historical sites and many parks with gorgeous views of the Hudson River, George Washington Bridge and NYC.
