The location was absolutly amazing. Right on top of the waterfalls. It took 1h on a beautiful boat ride to arrive. That was part of the magical. We saw Elephants, Hippos, Crocodiles, Birds and an unforgettable sunset. I belive that no other camps or resorts are located inside the park. The team was excellent and the food was very, very good. We had dinner right bellow a sky full of stars. The next day we went with the team to visit the falls (on the opposite side where the tourists usually see them).

Ever so helpful staff, tasty and over abundant meals, comfortable restaurant, nice pool, camp fire, large garden space, very comfortable and large tents on raised wooden platform. Very wide front porch to sit and enjoy the scenery. The gardens are lit by solar lights in the night. Solar heated hot water in the attached bathroom. They prepared our packed meals to help us leave for early morning game drive. They even provided a hot water flask with cups and all the tea/ coffee stuff.

Paraa Safari Lodge offers accommodation in Murchison Falls National Park. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free WiFi is provided and free private parking is available on site.

Absolutely loved the outlook over the Nile River, the peace and tranquillity, and the wildlife roaming through the grounds! Swimming pool and pool bar were very refreshing and much appreciated.

Amazing location and value for money. Family room was very comfortable. The staff were superb and made every effort to make me and my family happy including dealing with our fussy dietary requirements! They really tried their best. The property was immaculate. Simon was diligent with keeping the pool sparkling. It was such a treat with a fabulous view. We enjoyed the amenities including lounge, gardens and table tennis. There are plenty of board games and books. It would a wonderful place to have a reunion or work retreat. Tanya and the whole team have created a place that is amazing, showing the best of Ugandan hospitality and nature. I loved the eco friendliness and use of natural materials (quartz shower cubicle), water harvesting and solar panels. WiFi in the lounge was excellent. Finally it is a great cause which means I don’t feel so guilty booking another trip!

It was really well maintained and curated. In the nature and quite close to the gate for the safari. All the staff were really professional and friendly especially Ruth and Mary. The food also was really good.

This is a great new place for an affordable stay with clean, comfortable self-contained rooms and excellent food! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Nothing we asked for was too much. We had a very comfortable two nights.
